Quality Time

Everything was great! This is the cleanest and nicest condo that we’ve stayed at. The only thing that I would suggest is to add more towels and washcloths.

Good, but

Most was great. Reported one maintenance problem that was responded to quickly. Little things-we will put on our evaluation form and hopefully fixed. As long as they are repaired, would definitely stay again.

The Experience

Overall, the accommodations were great. Beautiful oceanfront views! However, the master bedroom lacked sufficient cooling, but the additional fan provided in the closet helped some. We had a wonderful time.

Magical

We just got home yesterday. This place is fabulous. We stayed with our daughter, son in law and 4 granddaughters. They all want to go back every year. Location was perfect, not too crowded, quiet and the views are breathtaking! We didn’t want to leave the property hardly at all. If you are thinking of going it’s well worth every penny!

Amazing

This property provided the most amazing views of the ocean! It was very clean and had a lot of space. We thoroughly enjoyed our time there. I noticed someone had left a comment about the master bedroom being so hot. While it does get warm ( totally worth it for the view from the bed) we ending up putting a fan in the doorway and pulling the shades if we weren’t there. We could not of had a better week!!

Views for days

Best view you will ever find. Condo was renovated, modern, and clean. Couple tips for owners: need curtains in master. Sunrise comes awful early. Out of your control, but 1 of 2 working elevators makes for a long wait.

Beautiful Condo

We have stayed in several different condos at the Watercrest over the years and this is the most nicely remodeled one we have been in. Chase, the property manager, was great. I had some questions concerning the beach being worked on before we arrived and he was super helpful and when we arrived we had some minor issues he was quick to help us resolve. We did have some elevator problems- only one going up to the 17th floor was operational and at times even it was not working. This obviously is a building maintenance problem and no fault of the co do owners or property manager. My suggestions for the condo would be hangers- there are none in any of the closets and especially given the lack of dressers it would have helped us from living out of suitcases. Some small dressers with drawers in the closets would be awesome. Extra pillows and blankets in each room would also be great. The kitchen had everything we needed except a colander. We enjoyed it so much we already booked to come back in the summer.

Great condo/poorly maintained property

The condo was beautiful and just as the pictures showed. The resort property needs some TLC. The pool bathroom stalls are falling off the wall and only one working elevator. I was disappointed by the property manager. I reached out on the first day to ask a question and never received a response back. Also, there was a dredging project happening and we had no access to the beach in front of the condo or to the beach chairs that were included in the price of our unit. Also, this operation was pretty much non-stop and extremely noisy and made sleeping very difficult. The lack of transparency and communication from the property manager regarding this huge inconvenience was very surprising.

Beautiful views!

Absolutely beautiful views from balcony! Condo is very nice, but master bedroom was very warm & had a very firm bed (not what we like). Kitchen had only basic, minimal equipment, so if you like to cook you’ll have to bring your own baking dishes, measuring cups/spoons, etc. Had a small maintenance issue when we arrived, but was taken care of right away! Afternoon sun comes directly into living area & is quite blinding for a short time. Elevators were quick & beach access was easy, but snack bar by the pool is absolutely horrible & terribly overpriced. Not sure we would stay here again, kinda expected more for the per night cost. Overall, we had a great trip & enjoyed our stay.

Beautiful Condo with Gorgeous Views

My first time staying at a VRBO and this condo exceeded my expectations. The place was very clean and nicely decorated. The large glass doors and windows provided amazing views of the beach. Would definitely visit again.

Beautiful views!

Pros: This property is freshly renovated and offered amazing views! Location is pretty remote and away from PCB life (this could go either way depending on who you are). Beaches are beautiful. Did I mention the views?! Just a short drive to everything. Cons: it’s still in the process of being renovated as of June 2021. We had to let a granite guy in to buff the counters, the new oven didn’t work (stovetop worked fine) and after some storms came through the toilet became known as the singing toilet. Apparently being on the 17th floor gave the water pressure some issues because it whined and sounded like a siren until you flushed it. So our last night of the stay we were getting up during the night flushing it every hour or so. There was no hair dryer, so bring one. Master bedroom was hot as hades because it’s on an outside wall. But I didn’t feel any cool air coming from the vent. But I always bring a fan so that was tolerable. There are a lot of cons but mostly they were inconveniences. This property is beautifully done and perfect for what we were looking for.

Wonderful!

This was the nicest condo we have stayed in, out of the ten or so we have used in the past. Everything was so nice and new, and the location is the best in PCB, in my opinion. Very low traffic, the beach was not that crowded, and the pool was never crowded. Also, NO elevator issues.... even staying on the 17th floor!!! Would absolutely stay here again.
