We so enjoyed our stay. Overall I'd give it 5 stars. Private, large balcony. Lovely place, however, only 2 of 3 working elevators created a lot of anxiety due to long wait times, noise, heat, and once stopped at our floor but the door wouldn't open. A fellow occupant had to pry it open. Kitchen appliances need updating, 2 main toilettes need a plumbers attention, and sand was in the bed prior to first use.

It was okay

Pros:The kitchen was well stocked, water pressure in bathrooms was insanely good. The owner was super friendly, responsive and gave us additional parking passes for overflow. Location is great, close to everything and less than a block walk to Runaway Island for great frozen drinks! Balcony was a great size!Cons:The condo is on the older side. Very pretty but needs some TLC to get it up to standards for this price. The dishes were almost on the dangerous side due to bubbling and flaking off of plate surfaces (need new plates and bowls).The microwave was glitchy and we had to unplug/replug to use it each time, stove eyes weren't reliable, tvs were super small (24 inch is some rooms), floors inside and out were not swept or mopped before arriving, towels smelled sour like they were in the washer too long when we arrived, one of the queen beds was terrible and could feel springs all the way through. A lot of the furniture on the patio was rusted out and repaired multiple times. The elevators were glitchy and only 2 ran for the week. Wait times up to 45 minutes some days. When we could we just used the stairs to go to a different parking level then tried to grab another elevator. Sometimes it worked, sometimes it didn't.Overall:Unless there were some major work done like replacing microwave, stove, tvs and at least one of the beds, patio furniture...I would probably not book here again. You also need new housekeepers. Even mop was too filthy to use.

Owner Great / Location Great / Facility Poor

The owner and location are great. Second year in a row to rent the condo from the owner. Facility is 23 stories with 3 elevators. At times only 1 elevator was working. Staff did best job possible to manually run elevator. Wait times for elevators were as long as 30 minutes.

Fall Family Trip

This was a nice condo, close to eating establishments, and some fun entertainment for the family. The goals was to stay close to some food and fun without getting out everynight trying to find something to do. The condo was nice and the beach was so clean. My only complaint would be-we had to take a roof rack for the whole family to fit in our car, parking in the parking deck was not possible with the rack. We had to take it off. Just wish it was mentioned before we got there. Other than that we had a nice time and great vacation.

We love the location of this unit. The views on both sides of the balcony were just beautiful. The mattresses in the back 2 bedrooms need replacing but overall this is a great place to visit. We would rebook!

Beautiful Ocean Front Home Away From Home

Stellar vacation spot. Panoramic ocean views from the balcony. Beautifully furnished, spacious and comfortable home. Many fantastic restaurants are within1-2 miles and mini golf is across the road. We would go back!

Softball/Vacation

The room was everything we expected. There was plenty of room for the 2 families of 8 total. We were in and out a lot playing in a softball tournament and never had to wait long for the elevators. The location was perfect being that there is a side road that is right in front of the condo that allows you to not sit in the traffic. We would definitely stay there again.

Fun in PCB

Family beach vacation ages 20-85! It was the perfect property for our group of 6. Easy beach access, nice pool next to the beach and amazing views from the large balcony with plenty of seating for everyone. If I return to PCB, I would rent this property again. Thank you John for hosting a great property.

Spring Break 2024

The building was nice. The condo met all our needs and was great! The view was terrific. Having chairs and an umbrella reserved for the week was great! Direct access to the beach made it easy to get to the ocean. Since there are no large buildings adjacent to the property it was almost like having our own private beach.

Wedding Crew Stay

We got married during our stay. This was the perfect place. It was right next to the venue. Everyone was so nice. The room accommodations were perfect for all of us. We plan to return each year.

PCB- Great Location

John made everything so easy, from the early parking pass, to great description and explanations of everything we needed and needed to do for check in and check out. If I needed to speak with John, he answered each time. The condo was fantastic, secure and clean. Having the trash chute close by was awesome, the 28X10 balcony was fantastic. The only flaws (not of the owners) were the elevators went down for about 5 hrs, the crew worked on a Sunday and got them repaired and no bellhop carts, which we were made aware of and brought our fold out hand trucks to handle luggage for 6. Overall we had a great time at a great price. We will definitely choose to rent from John again in the future!
