Great stay right by the beach

Overall loved our stay! Room is exactly as pictured. They were renovating the carpet in the hallways while we were there which was only mildly inconvenient but they finished the job really quickly, and I have to say the new carpet made a huge improvement to the property! Would definitely stay here again.

The condo was expected! The view was very pretty. The condo was very clean and all the guest and employees were very nice! Love the location of the condo as well! 10/10!

Meh

The room itself was nice. . However they decided to change our door code in the middle of our stay without telling us . Then when we went to the front desk for help, no one was even up there and it took us calling multiple times to get a hold of anyone for help. Then on our last day we received a parking violation for apparently parking in a reserved spot. My husband and I checked the parking spot multiple times to see if we missed a sign saying it was reserved. However there were no signs, no cones, no lines nothing showing that it was a reserved spot… so how were we supposed to know it was reserved? Anyway.. the beach was nice, Pier Park was fun, & Pineapple Willies was a 10/10. But I wouldn’t recommend staying at the Origin.

Gorgeous View

Property looks just like the description. Couple of items needed updating. Door to unit sticks and you have to kick to open. Also, hot water knob in kitchenette sink is stripped and needs replacing. Tub drain plug needs fixing and there is mold growing on the shower doors. Overall, the unit was okay would be great if these things were repaired. Final item is there are no chairs in the unit so the bed is the only real sitting place besides the futon which is not in view of the tv. Again, I would stay here again but these items should be noted.

Beautiful room!

The room was amazing! Super clean and beautifully decorated. The balcony view of the city and ocean was amazing. The property manager was prompt and helped us get through a check in issue, which she quickly resolved and got us a new room with no extra cost. I would stay in one of her properties again anytime! The property is nice and easy parking. Staff are friendly and courteous. There is a snack shop with Starbucks and more that is convenient. Panama City itself is pretty but a little hectic. Traffic was a nightmare but it was spring break so somewhat expected. The beach was beautiful but crowded. Food options are good, Diego’s burritos were amazing!!!!

Security was awful and rude!

The condo itself was wonderful with an amazing view. The sheets need to be replaced as they are thin and stretched out, but other than that it was great! The security was rude, called my husband names, wrote us a ticket for checking in and parked for 2 minutes. Thankfully the manager on Monday had some common sense. A lot of rules and you have to wear a wristband. Again, the condo itself was nice.

The Stay

Everything was great once we finally made contact with someone on the property. We were going to arrive after the front desk closed and I informed the staff of this days before leaving. We called and emailed all evening Friday with no reply until 10:36 pm to receive our door access codes. Outside of that, it was amazing and the room was very nice.
