Great time had by all

The cleanliness of the condo caught our eyes immediately. We had plenty of towels and bedding. We brought our own crock pot and I am glad we did. The kitchen was lacking

Edgewater Trip

Ammeneties were great. Rooms need to be updated. They still have 80s-90s aesthetics to them. Tubs are slippery from overuse. Stains in certain areas. Overall. The stay was ok. We were expecting a better place to stay, but we were on the beach and the pool and splash pad was a hit with the kids.

Spring Break ‘23

We stay ever year for Spring Break w friends and bring the kids. We enjoy staying here. The only complaint is we had a hard time getting addl parking passes.

Great stay

Great location with view on the beach, right next to the stairs if you don’t want to wait for the elevator. We had a problem with the DVD player and they sent maintenance right away, when they couldn’t get it to work they went out and got a new one so the kids could watch the movies they brought.

Great location; not clean

This is a very nice location with lots of room. However, was not clean. There’s a water leak in the ceiling of one of the bathrooms, bed sheets had sand on them.

Perfect for our needs

The property was bigger than expected and had great amenities for all to enjoy. The elevators were horribly crowded upon arrival, but they weren’t bad throughout the week. Overall, it was great!

Space was very nice and the views were awesome.

Renting went well. The only issue we had was that the pool bands were not there upon our arrival. When i called and reported they were missing the rental company had them delivered to us within 15 minutes. Qould definitely recommend this unit.

Deep Clean Needed!!!

Check in was fine, even though check in is not at the condo's location. We attempted to take a change of clothes to use pool before we were able to get into room, but condo's bathrooms were extremely small and VERY HOT. No a/c in the bathroom areas. The condo manager did text about an hour before check in and allowed us to access the condo. Once we were in the condo, the place was NOT cleaned very well at all. The kitchen floor was extremely sticky. Trash left in the bottom of trash can, feminine products left behind bed, socks, clothes, food left under the bed, trash left in the drawers.. I could go on and on.. On a positive note, I did contact the property manager and they did send someone the next day to clean the kitchen floor. So I did appreciate her trying to help the situation. The pool was nice. Beaches are extremely busy. Balcony is pretty small. We did have to book this condo in the first part of July after another owner cancelled on us saying that his condo was not complete with the renovations. We ended up paying $1600 more than we originally were supposed to for this condo. We definitely downgraded and maybe I am bitter of the whole process, but we made the best out of it.

Not as nice as pictures

When we arrived and walked into the unit we were greeted with a dirty diaper on the floor. I immediately called and they resolved that issue. I was highly disappointed in how filthy the condo was. Hair in the bathtubs, food wrappers all under the beds, sand in the beds and on the floors. The kitchen isn’t stocked well at all not even a pizza pan. This was the most expensive condo we have ever stayed in and the absolute most dirty one I’ve ever rented. They definitely need to focus on cleaning better for the price you pay you shouldn’t have to spend hours washing bed sheets and cleaning before you can even enjoy your stay.

Enjoyed our stay

We enjoyed our stay. Condo is in the ideal location. Condo could use some updating and should be cleaned a little better between rents. Long hair was all over bathroom and kitchen floors when we arrived but other than that all was fine.

Fantastic views

We were here for Ironman Gulf Coast 70.3 and the location was perfect. Not only did we have incredible ocean views from the balcony, but it was right over the swim course start. Rest of the race was very very close. Definitely will stay here again for racing or for pleasure.

Beautiful view, spacious condo

The condo was beautiful. Loved the deck and living room. Heated pool and hot tub was great. Only disappointment was the high price of using the pickle ball, tennis courts and golf course. We did find a community center less then a mile away that had pickle ball courts we could use for free. Thanks for sharing your great condo.

Not Paradise

Condo not as clean as what they advertised. Shower that wouldn't drain ( which was fixed ), toilet loose, moldy area on tub trim, dust everywhere. Sofa sleeper was filthy! Opened up sleeper sofa and sheets filthy, mattress was a joke. Felt like handkerchief over springs. Worn out and should be replaced. My grandkids could not sleep in bunkbeds because mattresses were meant for small children. Way too little like a crib mattress. No way to sleep 8 to 10 people unless you have a bunch of small kids. Called Karen at Emerald Beach Property on Monday to complain about situation with sofa sleeper. Said they would have to contact owner about mattress issue but would get back to me about the situation. Sleeping situation turned horrible since we could not use sleeper sofa as advertised. Never did hear back from Emerald Beach Properties. Apparently not much concern on their part to make sure we were comfortable. Furniture dated, stained and dirty. If they think it was "professionally and double inspected" by their cleaning staff, they need to find some new people. Don't recommend. Not worth money.

Wonderful accommodation.

We traveled to Panama City Beach for a wedding. We were traveling with 4 babies and a preschooler. We were looking for plenty of sleep areas but also kid friendly and beach side. We found it in the condo. Everything was just as advertised and so convenient to everything. The babies loved the splash pad and looking out the big windows. I cant say enough good things about our stay. We would definitely stay here again.
