Great place to stay

We stay here for a week, it’s so nice and very close to the beach, I would recommend to my family and friends, we will back again!

Overall Good Experience

We had a good stay at this location. Overall it was a fairly easy check in and the location was good. Due to being later in the season a lot of things were closed, but we still enjoyed our stay.

Thunder Beach Bike Rally

Overall great place to stay during the rally, pretty much less than 15 minutes from everything. check-in was a breeze once we understood the process. Front desk check in person was very helpful. Condo unit was clean and appeared to be in tip-top shape. Will stay there again.

Nice condo

Stayed for 6 weeks. Pleasant staff and grounds were nice. Condo is nice. Updates needed but very livable.

I take my children to PCB each year for Spring Break. I enjoy Laketown Wharf and the community. For the most part my stay was great. The property did their best to create a safe environment for guests. I would like to suggest during Spring Break week that adding additional security and checkpoint measures will help with discouraging inappropriate and criminal behavior on the property of Spring Breakers. The unit itself was clean and welcoming. Great view from the balcony. I did feel safe while on the property and my kids enjoyed their time.

Could not sleep on beds no more they was so hard , couch bunk beds are like hard plywood we could n

We left two days early cuz we could not sleep on the bed cuz they were so hard the couch was Springs was coming through the couch the mattresses was like plywood sleeping on them so it was not a very good place to stay will not stay there no more and we're not tell people about it no more and the page was not great neither

Beautiful Beach

Beach was beautiful but extremely busy and crowded right in front of pineapple Willy’s. Pools were all nice but cold. The one that was supposed to be heated was as cold as the others. Condo was laid out nicely but needs better cleaning.

Great place

Had a few issues the first night, the pullout bed was torn up and the sheets were not clean. I reached out and they fixed both issues right away. (Replaced the pullout feature on the bed and changed sheets. The condo itself was great. Just keep in mind that they do not supply toilet paper or trash bags. Luckily Walmart is across the street :) overall great stay would do it again!

Do not recommend

Condo had sand all over the floors and furniture. There were dirty dishes in the cabinets and silverware was dirty in the drawers. The host told us someone would come to clean and never showed up. A few of the sinks wouldn't drain when using them they would fill up with water. We had issues getting the AC to cool. Wouldn't recommend or stay here again!

Not a pleasant stay, old & dirty condo

This condo listing is completely inaccurate, it is stated that “Completely Remodeled and Beautifully Furnished Condo” but when coming in the couch is extremely old and shaggy. Very gross to sit on. The chairs are about to break, the kitchenware is all old. fridge is 100 yrs old and very loud Pots and pans are unusable. Upon arrival, we had to request to do a cleaning because there was sand on the floors and beds. Shower curtains gross. We’ve stayed at Laketown warf before and had good luck with condos but this was disappointing. One positive is that it’s close to beach, and they were able to clean decently in the morning.

Condo 1435- I wanted to share incase owner was not aware. We cleaned when we got there. Sand was everywhere, we even moved Funiture, found dirty spiderman underwear behind the TV. The sink leaks and going to your wooden floor. We notice a pan under the sink, which was very stinky and dirty, we rinsed and cleaned and placed under the leak. The master bathroom sink is stopped up, needs cleaning and Drano or something to block. Otherwise, the Condo was good. But i would work with your cleaning crew.. not a good job at all. The Laketown Wharf I will never stay at again. The elevator and having no cart were ridiculous. The money we spent to unload and load with Elevator slowness and no CART makes the visit ranked lowest star as possible. The Security was excellent!!!!!

Loved it!!

The condo was great! Everything was clean and upkept. The only flaw in the whole vacation was the elevators! You had to wait sometimes 20 to 30 min.

Great stay, everything was accurately described. One complaint was not very many towels, dish detergent, or toilet paper which posed an issue. But overall, great stay, would recommend to a friend.
