We had a wonderful stay at this condo! The place was clean, comfortable, and had everything we needed for a relaxing trip. The location was perfect. The condo was exactly as described, and the host was friendly, helpful, and easy to communicate with. We truly enjoyed our stay and would definitely recommend this condo to anyone looking for a great place to stay. We would happily stay here again!!!

View is excellent! Room was clean and in good order. Elevators were pretty fast for a condo of this size. Overall all a great stay!

Condo was great! Host was amazing messaged us to let us know we could check in early after 11am instead of after 4. Communication was top notch and very helpful. Would book again.

Check-in was a breeze everything was prepared ahead of time. It was good food and liquor very close by within walking distance. The resort itself was in outstanding condition everything was very clean and well-kept. I even took my own brand of k-cups. I would highly recommend the Summit.

Loved it. Unit is welcoming, neat, clean and well stocked with necessities. Owner is a great communicator. I love to be higher up so I loved the 12th floor and did not find myself desperate for an elevator at any time during the Holiday Week. I will definitely hunt this unit next time (and there is always a next time)!

We loved this room!

We have stayed at the summit for several years now for fall break. This year, dealing with our property owner was great and super easy! Enjoyed the room, the decor, and the views!

I was quite pleased with communication of owner. He was quick to reply and very kind. The place was so clean and had what I needed to enjoy my stay. I will be booking again in the future!

Perfect location

This is a great well equip older condo with a great view at the far end of the boardwalk. The place was clean, very comfortable bed, and quite frankly one of the biggest TVs I’ve ever seen in a condominium. We’d loved to return someday, thanks, Bradley

Lovely property. Safe, secure property location. Nice amenities at the Summit. Gated entry with guard. Beautiful scenery from your private balcony. Owner was helpful and responsive! Plenty of parking.

It doesn’t get better than this, literal paradise!

Best host, best experience, best unit we’ve ever had at The Summit! Every detail was thought of (even a little fan & light bulb attached to the pull strings of the ceiling fan). I am obsessed with all of the owner’s furniture, the unit was beautifully decorated. The rocking chairs on the balcony are everything. We ate every opportunity we could on the patio table too! The host was super communicative & had a very quick response time. We were welcomed with a letter that explained any question that I could think of. I look forward to booking with this host again!

Nice condo with awesome views

Condo was great. Everything was like it was described. Great views from the balcony. Only cons: sleeper sofa mattress was just springs with a cover. Was not comfortable at all so my sister slept on the cushions instead. There dust build up on all the ac vents and the vent in the door. Other than these 2 things everything else was great and we enjoyed our time

Unfortunate luck!

Enjoyed the first night before the air conditioner died. Never saw a repair man. Had to clean the toilets because they were nasty. Didn’t get much rest without air but luckily there were ceiling fans to help a little. Had a big ice maker which was nice and a patio full of beach supplies. Enjoyed morning coffee on the balcony. Plenty of towels and a fully stocked kitchen. Was overall a good week on the beach.

Summit

Cleanliness of the property was not ideal but it also was not terrible. We were given the option to receive refund and go elsewhere but declined as there is no guarantee the next place would be any better. First time condo renter and maybe it was normal as I didn’t have anything else to compare it to.

Great vacation!

The unit was as described in the listing. My husband and I do 2 to 3 beach trips a summer to PCB. We have stayed at the Summit numerous time.

Had a great time!

Room was ready early which was a plus after a long drive. Nice decor, minor issue with sliding door was addressed immediately. Recommend this condo for a great view and vacation trip!
