    ¡Esta unidad incluirá dos juegos de sillas de playa gratis para la temporada 2019!

    Nuestro condominio en la torre 3 en el quinto piso, 3 habitaciones y 3 baños cuenta con ventanales que brindan vistas increíbles de la playa, aguas azul esmeralda y espectaculares puestas de sol sobre el Golfo de México. El condominio tiene 1756 pies cuadrados de espacio interior. Nuevo sofá y asiento de amor, sillas de comedor, ropa de cama, arte de pared y piezas de acento. Impresionante decoración costera !!!!!

    Las 3 habitaciones son extremadamente espaciosas con 3 baños privados completos con tocadores dobles y bañeras amplias de jardín. Hay grandes televisores de pantalla plana en todas las habitaciones.

    La cocina está totalmente equipada para preparar comidas y los asientos no son un problema: mesa de comedor para seis y asientos para tres en la barra de desayuno.

    El condominio está equipado con una nueva lavadora y secadora de tamaño completo para su comodidad. !

    No uno, sino DOS balcones crean el ambiente perfecto para divertirse bajo el sol, la relajación y la privacidad al final del día.

    Long Beach Resort se encuentra directamente en las playas de arenas blancas del golfo de México. El complejo cuenta con 2 piscinas polinesias (climatizadas por temporada), 3 spas con jacuzzi y una piscina tipo laguna de 6800 pies cuadrados con islas de palmeras, cascadas y exuberantes jardines tropicales. El HangOut Bar and Grill está convenientemente ubicado en la piscina de la laguna.

    Long Beach Resort tiene seguridad las 24 horas del día, los 7 días de la semana. El estacionamiento se encuentra directamente en frente de su edificio, no al otro lado de la calle, ¡no en un estacionamiento de gran altura y espacio reducido!

    Este es un condominio para NO FUMADORES, NO SE ADMITEN MASCOTAS, y RENTER debe tener 25 años de edad o más. Hay un mínimo de 2 noches de estancia.

    Super-Wal-Mart, restaurantes y tiendas se encuentran a poca distancia. Golf, zoológico, parque acuático, centro comercial al aire libre Pier Park, teatros, están a poca distancia en automóvil.

The resort was clean and well maintained. Pools were nice and not over crowded. It seemed very quiet and calm. A great resort for families with young kids. The beach was clean and beach chairs were promptly set out everyday with friendly service for activities such as parasailing, banana boat, etc..

This was not my first time staying with Kim‘s condos and it will not be my last. Always a wonderful experience. The room is beautiful and clean. Communication is A. I highly recommend.

It wasn't really clean. As I slept I was bitten. I found a bug full of my blood and when I captured it the bug burst. It was not a mosquito. I found 2 spots where it fed on me. Towels smelled of smoke. We had to wash everything. Bedding and towels. I didn't reach out to owner because everything was sold out and I didn't know what kind of response I would get. I hope this helps. The check was easy. I was paranoid as I slept the whole stay.

Fabulous condo

This condo was everything we were looking for! Fantastic views, plenty of space and pools! All bedrooms had ocean views and balcony access. Nothing like waking up to the sounds of the waves crashing while having your morning coffee in the balcony. We would love to stay again!

Highly Recommend

Just returned from week stay at Long Beach Resort. This condo was very clean and well stocked. The view was absolutely amazing. Condo was beautifully decorated. Check in was easy and efficient. Definitely worth the the money!!!!

Great stay

We appreciated the quick communication to my questions with Kim. We really liked the check in process. Everything was efficiently done and correct. Housekeeping even checked with us about checkout. Will definitely recommend this condo.

This is a great condo!

We went with our adult children and teenage grandchildren. Everyone had their own bedroom and bathroom. Plenty of room to sit on the porch; along with open area inside with space for games, meals and tv. Can’t wait to go another time.

Stay Here!

Long Beach Resort was perfect for our family! The condo was very clean and Kim's Condos was great. Check in was easy and they answered any questions we had quickly. With 3 pools at the resort, we had many swimming options and never had to wait long for an elevator. Access to the beach was great! We loved the gated community of the resort and the security guard letting residents in and out! The beach was never crowded in front of our resort. Many restaurants and shopping were within walking distance. We had a great time and would definitely recommend this resort and Kim's Condos to anyone!

Perfect Place!

Condo was perfect! Big and spacious, beautiful decorations, everything you could want/need was supplied. Host was exceptional to deal with, no complaints what so ever. We will definitely be back next year to this unit! PS~ all outlets worked, ac units were great. If you like a really cold bedroom~ sleep in one closest to laundry room~ vents blow directly on bed~ and it feels amazing 😀 Elevators were quick, pools were awesome also. Easy access in and out to beach.

Would definitely stay again

Condo is very beautiful and great place to stay. Only issues we had was that it wasn’t getting cool in the front bedrooms. The bedrooms never got below 79 during the day and 74 at night. The king suite stayed very cool and no issues. Windows let in a lot of heat even with the curtains closed and both sliding doors are very hard to open and close as the tracks is worn out. Other than that we absolutely loved the condo and the resort itself. Quick elevators, easy beach access and chair service, great pools and hot tub!

Will Not go Back

We could not get in at 4:00 checking time because condo was being clean. we had to wait almost 1/2 hours outside the condo in the heat and entertaining 2 year old. when we went inside the condo was filthy. i took pictures and contacted kims condos. she offered a refund but no compensation. after i said “were are we suppose to go”she offered us another condo while contacting the manager of the cleaning company. after looking at the other condo and returning to first and talking to manager we decided to stay. we had to leave for two hours for manager to reclean condo. again for our inconvenience we asked for combination but offered a refund. kims condo did refund us a cleaning fee and that was all. we had to stay we had no were else to go. the condo needs updated. mildew in the tubs. a light fixture hangs from the ceiling was reported and not fixed, the refrigerator was filthy, the sinks, tubs, countertops all dirty. food on table and countertops. dish in microwave missing. the sliding door stuck. the manager did do a good hob of cleaning but whoever owns this rental really needs to go in and give it a good scrub and fix fixtures. i would never suggest this condo to anyone. i cant believe it can be rented to people.

We had a great relaxing week!!!!

We’ve stayed at Long Beach Resort for the past four years and it never disappoints. First time in this condo and it was great, plenty of room and privacy for our family. Easy access to the parking lot, beach and pool.

Okay, not great

Upon entering the property all I could hear was sand crunching beneath my feet leading me to believe that it was not swept or vacuumed prior to my arrival. Several electrical outlets did not work. There was pop tart wrapper on the floor under the curtain In the living room, pillows on the floor. It just didn’t seem clean at all. There was a box fan in the closet which was a nice surprise, but it didn’t work.. the air vents were dusty and filthy. The couch was old and worn. People above us were loud all night. It is close to the pool, but that just meant you heard kids screaming all day. I just expected more after paying over 5k for a condo. Not impressed, but the beach views were great. If you’re going to spend this much money stay somewhere nicer.

Wonderful location. Perfect spot for our family.

We had a wonderful week at the beach. Great location. Close to places to eat and shop without being in a crowded area. Condo was beautiful and had everything we needed for a relaxing week with family. Each group had their own bedroom/bathroom and plenty of space in the living areas to be together.

Location, Location, Location

Great location, the bonus, and it is a large bonus is the 4 beach chairs the unit comes with. Some of the sliding patio doors would not lock or close all the way, and other small issues but it really didn't matter since we were gone the majority of the time. I would rent a car for the entire trip next time. It is located around several stores etc. but much easier with a car.

great location

The location was great the condo is nice but they need to get new cleaning people. the shower curtains in all 3 bathrooms have mold on them. The floors need a good cleaning as well. There also need to provide more towels. Other than the cleaniness which is very important it was nice

AMAZING!

Absolutely beautiful condo with breathtaking views of the ocean in every bedroom and the living room! Easy access to beach, pools and parking area and no wait for elevators! Had a great time and didn’t want to leave! Thank you Kim’s Condos, we’ll be back!!
