The view was perfect from left to right to straight ahead. We do suggest bringing your own tp, paper towel, laundry soap, dish soap and dishwasher soap. You will also need salt and pepper. But it was an AMAZING vacation. We loved the accommodations!

Family friendly/Great location!

A great place to stay! Very clean and had all the essentials! Excellent host communication and check in was super easy! Perfect for children of all ages and close to Pier Park! Highly recommend!

Check in was easy. Robin was on top of everything. There were some issues that came up and she was very prompt with responding and took care of everything. Really enjoyed my time here and always a great stay at Splash.

We had a wonderful time at this great condo. It was as described. Plenty of seating. Very kid friendly resort. This is one of our favorites. Would definitely stay again!

Great place to stay!

We went as a family to enjoy this great condo and enjoyed it very much. The condo was clean and well maintained. The view was excellent and the beach was awesome. We where able to see dolphins and rays from the balcony.

Great place to stay

We loved how spacious the condo was and how nice it was. The beds were really comfortable and the master bedroom was spacious. The pullout couches were comfy as well and well maintained. The pools, and splash pad was well kept and fun entertainment for the kids.

Would stay here again

The condo was just as described. The view was amazing from the balcony, and you could watch the sunrise and sunsets from there. We enjoyed the pool area and beach everyday. The beach service chairs that were included were a nice bonus, you just have to get down there early if you want front row. All in all it was a great experience.

Splash Resort Property

We had a wonderful stay in this unit. The property manager helped us get checked in when we had a few minor issues upon arrival. The kids absolutely loved the splash pool! Our condo was clean and had all the basic cooking supplies! Will definitely be using this property again in the future.

Cleanliness

Loved our stay even though I had to sweep and mop the floors when we arrived because there was quite a bit of sand on them and because of that I wasn’t sure if the bed sheets and pillow cases on the beds were clean so I washed all of them and remade the beds. The condo was beautiful though.

The room was perfect. The host had everything set up and ready. The only cons for the entire resort was the elevators took a decent amount of time to pick you up. The kids water park water was ice cold. We spent most of our time on the beach or visiting things in town, or just hanging out in the room. Loved our vacation.

Great Stay

We had a great stay at this condo! Like other reviews it could have used a little more cleaning and couches were not that comfortable, but overall stay was excellent. The 2 king beds were comfortable, and kitchen was fully equipped. We loved that this condo came with beach chairs. The resort itself was a perfect place to bring our 3-year-old son. He had a blast and we loved that it had a eating place there that we could grab lunch, drinks and ice cream. It made for a nice treat after playing all day in the sun. We would recommend staying at this condo.

Wonderful Family Vacation

We enjoyed staying in this condo for our family vacation. Everything is as pictured. The beds were comfortable and the kitchen has everything you could need stocked. The floors did leave our feet a little black, but everything else was very clean. My little one had the BEST time at the water park. If you have younger children, I highly recommend Splash. The owner was wonderful to work with!

Loved the place and the people in the building are very friendly. Beach is beautiful!

The unit is layed out great. If you have guests they have their private space (bedroom, bathroom) giving you your private area also. I would say the furniture is a bit “tired” and the balcony chairs could use some updating. Robin was great and helpful when we needed it.

Needs an update!

New cushions outside, a working vacuum and garbage disposal are highly needed. There is mold behind the bathroom fixtures, in the washer and all the vents are full of dust. However the pull out couch and chair are comfortable and allow for extra guests to stay comfortably!

Best Mother’s Day

Decided to book a very last minute trip for Mother’s Day and it was the best! Owner was quick to respond and great to work with on such short notice. View was amazing! Great resort for kids! Condo was as described in listing. Had everything we needed. The condo was the cleanest rental I’v stayed in. Most leave your feet black and sandy when you walk in on the first day, but not this one. It was really clean which was nice since I have little ones that play in the floor! Would absolutely book again!

Splash

Splash Resort was great. Parking garage was easy to park, come, and leave from. Condo was good but could have had kitchen stocked a bit more. It was clean but fold out couch had some stains and the floor could use a good mopping. Condo had brooms and vacuum but no mop. The location on 8th floor was great. Overall, it was good but will probably look for a different condo with 3 bedrooms at Splash next time.
