The overall trip was great. Plenty of room in the condo. Easy access to the beach. Felt safe with the presence of the security guards. This is a great place to stay.

The view from the balcony is beautiful, and the beach is absolutely stunning!The condo is spacious and clean. The kitchen is very well equipped if you plan to cook. If you're traveling with kids, there are even sand toys available, which is a great touch.I really appreciated that the bathrooms had plenty of space to hang towels, something you don’t usually find in rental properties.The beds were comfortable, and during a few very cold days, there were plenty of extra blankets available.The keyless check-in process is easy and very convenient.I would definitely stay here again!

Pros.....great location, nice beach area, good security!Cons..... Room was dirty, floors were disgusting, stopper in main bath sink broke, guest bed super hard, 1 out of 3 remotes did not work, no laundry soap!We have stayed in the upper floors....much much better condos.Parking spaces too small for SUV(2016 Cadillac Escalade ESV)They should invest in comfort thrones in the bathroom, I have them at home, 18" tall, these were regular, I thought I was going to the floor.Main bathtub has extremely high step in, hard for disabled person to get in and out!

fantastic week

Our family had a wonderful time in PCB. The balcony looking at the gulf is stunning, the accommodations are great and the host is very responsive and helpful. We'd definitely come again.

Great Place

Condo was as described in write up and pictures. Very nice and plenty of room for a family of 4 with two wild boys. Great place and had great time. Would definitely stay at again in the future.

The view and location are absolutely fabulous. Beds were comfy and the place was clean. Not fancy but met our needs very well. I could have sat on the balcony and looked at the ocean/beach all day everyday. Walkable to Goofy Golf (which the kids loved) and a few restaurants. Beach was uncrowded for sure, which I liked. It was also quiet, not a party atmosphere at this condo, which I also liked. My only suggestion is to bring simple kitchen staples if you plan to cook, like cooking oil, seasonings, etc. as there were non provided (with the exception of sugar and salt left in the cupboard. Also the can opener was broken but we improvised. Overall a great experience!

great beachfront condo!

The location of this condo cannot be beat. Everything is with in a short driving distance yet not too much traffic or noise. The balcony views are incredible, and the owner is so easy to work with. We really enjoyed our stay, and we will be back.

Excellent direct ocean view

-Very detailed check-in and parking information from the owner on a timely manner.-Unit was clean and all the necessary kitchen items were available.-A large balcony with a direct ocean view was awesome!. -Master bedroom also has direct ocean view.-Only steps away from the beach that can be accessed through the gate near to the pool.-Overall great experience for our 2 days stay. I would definitely recommend this for a stay at PCB.

Fabulous view!

We really enjoyed staying here! The condo was beautiful and the views from the balcony were amazing! The condo complex is easily accessible. The location is great because the beach is not crowded. Even with double red flags the entire vacation, we still had a great time! Owner is nice and responsive.

Would stay again!

We are extremely picky about cleanliness and this room was very clean. There was plenty of room and it was very easy to contact renter for info. I got responses almost immediately. We would definitely stay here again!
