Wonderful Time

There were four of us to stay at this property. We loved the location, the pools, the hot tub, the beach, and Bikini Bobs. This room was a short walk to parking, the beach, the pools, and Bikini Bobs. The prices are very decent at Bikini Bobs. The condo had everything we needed. Enjoyed our stay for sure. I like to stay 2nd or 1st floor. It worked out great.

Caretaker's getaway

I am a mom of two kids and a caretaker for both of my elderly parents. I took a "getaway" trip all by myself and stayed in this condo for 5 days. It was wonderful! The unit is on the end, so you only have neighbors on one side. And the stairs down to the pool/beach are right outside the front door, so you never have to wait on an elevator. I hope to stay here again!

Honestly I had a bad feeling about this rental when I booked. It took days for the owner to respond. Then it was snippy. I was not going to leave a review. But I am not going to cover for her. I feel like people have since there are sporadic reviews. This place is worn out. The floors are new that’s a plus . The 2nd floor by stairs is excellent location. The pull out sofa was disgusting. Stained sheets. Same for sheets for air mattress that deflates during the night. Also be warned when you arrive the refrigerator will be warm. It will cool in 24 hours so don’t put perishables in till then. Several things aren’t like the photos. No table on porch.II tried to tell them about all these things. When they replied to me. They said I could have patched the air mattress. Wanted me to call maintenance about tv. I don’t go on vacation to wait on maintenance or to sleep on a air mattress. Or fold left over towels by housekeeping. Or empty dishwasher. Housekeeping was a 2. Wen I informed her so she could correct things. She replied with comments about got new rugs, replaced sheets. Never mentioned the fact I left 3 nights early. Or thanked me for telling her. All she could say was I got a “cut rate” because I booked before she changed her prices. But while texting also told me people in her other two paid their deposit for next year. So yes she does book ahead. I have never experienced such an ungrateful person in my life. Do yourself a favor go to super 8 it’s nicer.

Carole made the process so easy and the location was perfect! However, I’m not sure that the cleaning is holding up their end of the work. When we arrived at 4pm to check in, nothing had been cleaned. As we were at the door, the cleaning crew walked in (2 people). The floors were filthy and hadn’t been mopped/swept at all. The countertops had been wiped down in the bathrooms and the kitchen, but that was pretty much it. The bed wasn’t made or anything. The lint catcher was broken on the dryer (which is a huge fire hazard) and the TV in the living room did not work. The owner was super informative and great to work with. She wasn’t the issue at all. It honestly just seemed like the cleaners were carefree with their work.

Amazing View

Stayed here for a week. Super clean, super cute, had everything we needed and the view from the balcony was incredible. So close to the beach. Pina Coladas at the pool bar were frosty and delicious. Thank you. I cannot say enough nice things about our stay.

Good 2nd Story Condo!

We enjoyed our stay at Regency Towers 205. Being on the 2nd floor, close to stairs, was great as we didn't have to use elevators. Condo had a good view of pool and beach area. RT 205 is pretty outdated, but we knew that from the accurate pictures listed. This, however, didn't make our stay any less enjoyable! We came to the beach for the beach and family time which is exactly what we had! We also enjoyed Bikini Bob's. So convenient for an afternoon drink. Owner was great to work with and great with communication as well. All in all, we had an amazing vacation here at Regency Towers!

Our family enjoyed the condo. It’s location was good. We were right in the beach. We had a great beach front view. The resort pools were clean. The bar was nice but it seems to close really early. Good food and drinks.
