PCB Spring Break Visit
The condo was clean upon arrival and exactly as described—nicely decorated, comfortable, and well-maintained. One of the best features was the balcony, which offered a beautiful, relaxing view—perfect for morning coffee.However, the unit lacked extra linens—no blankets or sheets for the pullout sofa, and the comforters were thin and worn. I did reach out and some extra sheets were dropped off but no blankets. The condo complex didn’t match the quality of the unit itself. It’s very large with too few elevators, and a couple were out of service during our stay, leading to long waits and frustration. The walk to the beach was also odd with fencing on both sides. Felt like cattle in a chute. The surrounding area during Spring Break felt unsafe, with a heavy police presence and many unsupervised teens. While the condo owner isn’t at fault, the environment impacted our comfort and overall experience. We didn’t feel safe walking around after dark and stayed in most evenings.We enjoyed the condo, but wouldn’t return during Spring Break due to the area’s atmosphere.
