Great condo! We were grateful that a beach wagon and pool floats were provided. Beds were comfortable. We would definitely stay here again.

Birds Eye view of the beach

The property was just what we needed for our stay. Balcony over looking the beach, pools, use of the beach wagon was very useful. Nice area, walking distance to restaurants, shopping, putt putt and arcade. Would definitely stay here again. The personnel we came in contact with at the condo was helpful and friendly.

Beautiful views

Good quiet area of the beach . Nice option to hotel motel so you can eat in with fully equipped kitchen . Easy check in , good communication with owners and cleaning person Julia who is lovely . Will be back again .

We really enjoyed our stay at Ocean Reef! The condo was very nice and we loved the little extra convenience of coffee in the room, extra pillows and a box fan! Will definitely stay again!!

Great Vacation, Beautiful place

Nice vacation.

Property was clean. In a great location. Shopping and restaurants in walking distance. Pool and hot tub were clean. We were there after Labor Day and it wasn’t crowded. Beach was awesome.

This place was fantastic. Property owners are fabulous to work with. Great location

Perfect location. Walking distance to great food and entertainment places. Condo was spot on. Super view from the balcony, which was huge. Pool was nice, but the beach was great and there were chairs and amenities for the beach in the condo. We will definitely be in touch to stay again.

Relaxing fall get-away

Our family spent the month of October 2022 here and thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The condo was clean, well-apportioned, and convenient to all the activities we enjoy. Kathy and Jim have done an excellent job decorating, maintaining, and equipping their condo. We look forward to returning in the future.

Good stay

We had a great trip the only hiccup was we were given the wrong color parking passes at check-in and our vehicles got notices on them. We went to the office and picked up the correct ones, so everything ended up being fine.

Adventures in Paradise

There are not enough superlatives to describe this condo... The bedrooms are large with Queen beds... The kitchen is well stocked... The view is breathtaking! The people are wonderful! The location is great! It's close to Pier Park and some of the best seafood in Florida! And the owners are great to work and communicate with... I wholeheartedly recommend this property!!!

The condo is in a great location. It’s close to several restaurants and activities. We walked to Runaway Island restaurant next door. The balcony is very spacious with an awesome view. The condo itself has plenty of room and seating for a family of six. The tv in the 2nd bedroom didn’t work. Julie was so nice in getting this issue resolved. Jim, the owner personally called and had a new tv delivered. The ice maker in the fridge didn’t work. The master bedroom mattress wasn’t very comfortable. These were minor issues. We still enjoyed our stay very much!

Beautiful view

The condo was as described. There were only 5 orange bands not 6 and there was only 1 parking pass. The staff left me a note that they were going to tow my car even thou i explained that we did not get 2 passes. All in all i would recommend this condo 💯

Relaxing Family Vacation Spot

Looking for a relaxing family vacation? This was the right place to be. The condo was very comfortable and nicely stocked. (There is a reusable coffee filter - so no need to purchase filters). There was also plenty of pots and pans. The condo also came with beach chairs and a wagon- which was very helpful since it’s located in the 21st floor. Great views of the ocean!! We couldn’t keep my mom off the balcony. The owners were very responsive to all our questions and responded very quickly. Our only hiccup was the elevators at Ocean Reef. Plan for wait times on “check-in” day. There is a outdoor pool and hot tub- plus an indoor pool. All well kept. The beach was not as crowded in this section which was very nice. There were plenty of activities and restaurants within walking distance and Pier Park was a 7 min drive away.

Cheaply done, needs lots of tlc

Not very clean, obvious dirt behind doors and out of the way spaces. All towels and wash rags were dingy and threadbare. Guest bed squeaked some much with any movement, mattresses on both beds were worn and need replacement. Living room furniture was worn and uncomfortable. There were broken beach chairs left to use, extremely cheap Toilet paper. There was one assigned parking spot with good security, only 3 elevators for 23 floors of condos. This one is on 21 floor. It is sorta away from pier park and walking places to shop. No Keurig coffee maker, but does have older mr coffee type one. Bed linens were older too and could use updating
