The size of the condo was perfect for our family of six. The location is nice too, less than 2 miles from pier park. Being an end unit, the views and expansive balcony were great. The condo could use updates on the mattresses and a good deep clean of the decor in the kitchen area.

Everything was super!! The trip was well overdue to get away and it did not disappoint. Ocean Reef was exceptionally located and the amenities were on point. The beach was perfect, the views from the 20th floor were spectacular. We will be back

We enjoyed our stay! The space was perfect for our family! Walking distance of everything we needed or wanted! Having a washer and dryer in the unit was priceless, especially having kids with us! Overall experience was great even with elevator trouble.

We loved the condo. Location was great. It was very clean. Kitchen could use an update but very functional. Had everything we needed. Gave 4 not 5 stars due to the patio furniture. Our family of 6 loves to play card games and marbles. Would have loved to be able to sit on the balcony, but only a small table and not in great condition

Ocean reef 2009

Condo was dirty when we arrived . Had to mop the floors twice before could allow my 8 month old grandson on his pallet. Sand was found under the eating table . One of the bathrooms was still dirty . Kitchen only stocked with minimal essentials . Emailed rental company and only offered to reclean the condo after it was already cleaned . Very disappointed in the rental . Asked for a little reimbursement on the housekeeping charge but was not given. We stayed in another condo last year and was well pleased but next year we will stay in another building .

Amazing condo for the whole family

This condo was amazing, very open and spacious, wide hallway as you enter and 8 foot doors throughout to every room. Washer and dryer located in the room.3 elevators and they were very quick, never a long wait.Communication was superb and responsed very quick.Location was wonderful, donut place across the street, that also serves breakfast sandwiches and pizza bagels. Alvin's souvenir shop, go-carts and mini golf across the street. Will definitely be back, my only complaint was we didn't stay longer.Highly recommended.

Very nice condo. Seemed a little older but well kept. Parking space for the condo was great and larger size so we could park our Suburban with no problem. Great place to stay. Have stayed at Ocean Reef 2 different times and it’s great and in a great location.

Family vacation

Overall, it was a great vacation. We loved the location of the hotel. Easy access to restaurants and activities for the kids. Large gap from this condo from others which helped the beach not be so crowded. The 2 queen rooms seemed to be much smaller than anticipated. Some inconveniences being that the pull out couch was broken upon arrival and the broom was child sized which made it very difficult to keep the room clean throughout the week. The room was clean when we arrived but did not feel “exceptionally clean”.

Family Beach Trip

Location and property layout was great; 4 bedrooms and 3 baths with large deck looking out over ocean. The condo had not been cleaned well, the floors and baseboards were dirty. We were traveling with children ages 5 - 13 and they noticed immediately. The rugs were very bad; old and dirty. The beds were very noisy to get on or move around on making it hard when sharing a bed with spouse or sibling! We cleaned a lot upon arrival with vacuum, it was very sad, and several Clorox wipes. No mop was available. The front master bathroom wall was dirty, I actually washed the wall. This could be a great rental if it was cleaned well. It was unlike most all other VRBO rentals we have encountered. I feel that our cleaning fee should be returned since it was that bad.

Ocean Reef 2024

There are several reasons we won’t be returning to Ocean Reef. We paid for a week stay which wasn’t very cheap, and we were promised two parking passes, everything was said to be available upon arrival. We get to the condo with car number 1 and they informed us that they only had one parking pass for us and that the overflow parking across the street was full. I stated and showed the messages of where we were promised to be able to park two vehicles on the property for the week. The employee stated that they had other families bring 3, 4 and 5 vehicles to the condo and they had to let them take whatever parking was available. They gave us a sheet for the overflow parking and the next available lot that was two miles down the street. We brought 3 vehicles and knew beforehand that one vehicle would have to park in a public parking. Parking was very unorganized and hectic. The parking garage is extremely small, our 2016 Nissan Maxima was a tight squeeze in and out of the garage & for the parking spots available. We get into the room and you could tell their management was slacking. The room was clean to the naked eye on first look but as we got into our stay, we noticed the clean silverware wasn’t to clean. The dishwasher had a horrible reak of smell. Some of the cups that were in the cabinet were sticky and the laundry room had sand in the floor and dryer lent left in the dryer. The vaccum was broken and they left us a child’s broom to sweep with before departure. 3/10 stay.

Great condo and prefect location, the views from balcony are the absolute best! The condo could use a deep cleaning. It would also be wonderful if the condo had a luggage rack for bring in and carrying out luggage. Would definitely stay here again.

Perfect location. Condo is HUGE. Plenty of space for everyone. Property manager was great and promptly responded to any question. Beach chair rental was amazing. Only change i would make is have a cart or little wagon that guest could use to bring bags/luggage up in less trips.

Excellent Location and Great Property

Our group very much enjoyed the location, as it was central to everything we wanted to see and do in the PCB area. The amenities were excellent (including pool and hot tub), and the beachfront was well maintained and easily accessible from our unit
