The condo its self was great. It had plenty of room and the kitchen was well stocked with dishes, pots & pans. The location was great, but the property was lacking. out of 3 elevators only 1 was working and it wasn’t great. The elevator permit expired in August 2024.

Elevators were a big issue! One day no elevator was working. Owner had been notified this would be happening but we were not informed. Elevator inspection had expired over 1 year ago on the one elevator that worked. Did not feel safe for a disabled person and 2 80 something year olds. One elevator is not adequate for a 23 story building. The couch needs to be replaced!

The vacation was horrible. We were stuck on the elevator twice. One time was forty minutes and the fire department had to come open the elevator. On day two of the trip, the elevators did not work for several hours. It was an inconvenience considering our room was on the 18th floor.

Not a good stay!

I would not recommend staying at the Ocean Reef, we stayed on the 18th floor and had to take the stairs all week the elevators didn’t work half the time. Our condo was very nice and the staff were very friendly but that doesn’t make up for us having to have the local fire department come get us out of the elevator.

The stay was great and everyone really enjoyed our vacation. The view is great. Big patio for plenty of chairs so everyone can enjoy the view. Everything worked in the condo. Close to everything so we didn’t have to go far.

New Years Eve Stay

The front door has painters tape all over it. Cannot see the door number. The door is also missing the interior safety latch. When we arrived, the door was not latched closed. We text the number on file to confirm our reservation at 5pm. Finally got word back the next morning at 08:12am. 2. Cleanliness. It's not clean. It's tidy, but not clean, at all. I have attached photo evidence. Couch was covered with sand. We vacuumed it up. We were not certain if linens were clean, so we stripped beds to wash the 1st night after 14 hrs of travel. Less than thrilled about that. Hair on the floors, sand everywhere, and gross hairs in the jack and jill bathroom. Sad that I had to get cleaning supplies to clean it to stay here. 3. Living room- the TV is not in working order. There is sound to the TV, but no picture on the screen. Cannot sit together as a family to enjoy the ocean waves and a TV show. The fire alarms randomly went off on 01/29 without any cause. 3. Master bedroom tub drains so slowly that water is ankle deep while showering and the shower head needs a soak. The water has corroded the shower head. 4. Laundry- there is no shelf as advertised in the photos. No light in the closet either. 5. Bedroom door sticks in the front bedroom. No drawers in either front bedroom to put clothing in. 6. Balcony. Goldfish crackers all over the balcony. No reclining chairs on balcony as advertised in photos.

Family vacation

It was AWESOME! Just a few items…the lock on the door was a challenge-every time. The tub and n the master bath didn’t drain. Shin deep water-ewww. The TV’s didn’t work. Not a huge thing since we didn’t really need them but…. Other than those few items, we lived this condo and really would like to stay there again! The location was perfect!!!

Our stay

First thing was no cart in the laundry room to help bring luggage and all other stuff to the room. Many trips from P3 parking, workers coming in to do work while we are there, no cable tv as it went out on the main TV and the main bedroom TV, front door takes a muscle man to open and close, dishwasher broken on top rack. The view was awesome, the trip was fun.

Pictures do not represent condo! It’s dirty, holes in the doors, no inside lock on main door and maintenance let themselves in while we were there. Great location just pick a different place

Thunder beach dream!

This condo is beautiful! Very clean, spacious and location is perfect! Me and my friends were looking to be in a great area not only for better sleep with all the noise bike week brings but to also be able to catch the air show without having to go anywhere near the chaos at the pier park! The kitchen provided everything needed to cook a great dinner Friday night with a couple more friends staying near by! We talked about our stay Saturday night and all agreed we would love to book here again in the future!

We loved the condo. It was spacious. The beds were comfortable. Be aware: there are no luggage carts and the parking garage is difficult to maneuver in a SUV, also we had to take our luggage bag off the top of the SUV to be able to drive in the garage.

We always enjoy Ocean Reef. Condo was spacious, loved that there wasn’t tons of furniture. Balcony furniture was comfortable. Fast elevators and close overflow parking. Siblings brought parents 80+ years and they enjoyed the relaxing atmosphere.

The condo is in an excellent location. The beach was not crowded like other areas because it does not have big high rises on either side. They are very strict with making sure you had your arm band on when at the pool which I liked. As far as the unit the balcony only has a table and 3 chairs. It does not have the lounge chairs like in the picture. The balcony is huge and should have more furniture for a 4 bedroom condo. The cooking supplies where not many. I had to go buy a nonstick skillet because the pan they had was nasty. Check in is a nightmare if you get there right at checkin time. They do not have carts to bring your stuff up. They only had 2 out of the 3 elevators working. You would have to wait 15 minutes on an elevator and they would full. It took us 2 hours to get our stuff up to room. The over flow parking was convenient across the street. The condo is decorated nicely.
