The condominium common areas feature fitness center on the 3rd floor, coin laundry on every other floor, large pool with a kiddie pool, common area balconies throughout the complex (unit does not have private balcony) picnic area with grills and picnic tables for your family outings, snack bar by pool (open seasonal), shuffle board and beach chairs provided by the beach service.
