We love the third floor for the easy access to room and parking and seeing off the balcony. We really enjoy watching volleyball out back of schooners. We also got to enjoy watching some nighttime shark fishing. Walking the beach and finding shells is our favorite thing to do.

Everything was perfect. Only thing was the balcony table and chairs were not what we expected. The picture showed high top table and chairs and it wasn’t that. And the hallway bathroom shower really needs tended to. The top bar was about to come off.

My sister & I do an annual beach trip to enjoy the beach, catch up & unwind. Property has all the amenities & right on the beach, close to activities, dinner & shopping! Very clean & definitely recommend!

The unit was just what we needed! It was clean and well stocked. There was a different couch and different outdoor furniture than advertised in the listing. They still did the job, just noting the slight inaccuracy for future guests.

3rd floor room is the perfect room since it's straight from parking deck to room; easy for loading and unloading. Absolutely nothing bad to say about the property, building or location in anyway. Perfect getaway.

Wish it was a bit cleaner!

Our overall stay was great! The negative things were mostly the condo being dirty in mainly the living room area but a little in the kitchen too. The biggest surprise was dried up Ramen noodles and spaghetti sauce on the chair seat closest to the kitchen counter. It was on the pillow on that chair too. Eeeek! There still was sand on the kitchen/living room floors. There were long hairs in/on the freezer door when we opened it and ALL of the living room furniture and the rug in there either needs to be cleaned or replaced. The condo is decorated super cute but unfortunately guests have used it pretty hard and it’s seen better days. The bar stool seats and couch seats were filthy. Otherwise, we really did like staying here. We cleaned up the Ramen and overlooked the other furniture. The bedroom and bathrooms were clean aside from a Crest Whitening strip wrapper from the previous guest that was left on the master bathroom counter. Goodness! Being on the third floor was great! We always like Seychelles and the location for sure. We’d stay in this condo again but would love if the owner spoke with their cleaning crew and perhaps cleaned the living room furniture. The beach and weather were great!

Amazing Condo

Amazing location. Everyone at the condo was friendly and helpful. The 3rd floor condo was key. You can park on the 3rd floor and use the carts to bring everything to your room. The restaurants in town were excellent and having the restaurant / bar right next door was really convenient. Will definitely stay again.

Gorgeous View!

What a beautiful location and this condo was decorated in a coastal theme, which just set the beach vibe for our vacation. Everyone was so nice at the pool. I was a little concerned about not having a real person upon checking in, but the codes all worked perfectly.
