Excellent Experience!

Easy check in/out process. Parked and walked right to our room. Didn't have to stand in a line to check in/out! All resort amenities available for the guests. The Sky Bar sits over Front Beach Road and offers fun events each night. (Music Bingo, Trivia, Karaoke, Live Music, etc.) Great location! Pier Park is right down the street. The owner, Steve, responds to messages quickly. Excellent communication! Room was clean, well-stocked, and wonderfully decorated. Room rates and the additional fees/taxes are very reasonable, which is a huge plus in this economy! Highly recommend booking this unit! You won't regret it! Thanks so much, Steve! :)

Just as described / WONDERFUL!

My husband and I stayed for a week. The location is great, close to everything we needed. Parking is easy and feels safe. We took advantage of the beach every day and watched the sunset from the balcony every night. The unit is adjacent to the elevator but we heard absolutely no noise. There was also no noise from units to the side, above or below. The building and facilities have plenty of places to sit near the shop, Starbucks, ice cream/pizza place, lounge, and pool if you need to get out of the sun for a while. The in unit washer dryer was nice to have. The kitchen has everything you would need to cook a meal. Steve was super prompt to respond to questions. We'd definitely stay here again.

Amazing Condo!

Loved this rental! Condo is on the quiet side of the building, away from the crowd. Easy access to the beach, which is stunning. We watched dolphins and rays from the balcony every morning. Condo is stocked with everything you need and more. The bed was very comfortable, we will definitely be back! Thanks Steve for letting stay in your beautiful condo!

When Steve said he wants to make sure you are totally happy with everything and is available for whatever reason, he really means it! Best experience we've had and the rental was perfect. Definitely five stars. Everything is there you will need, even for beach. Thanks Steve!

Great Fall Break

The condo was clean, comfortable and centrally located to restaurants and entertainment. My kids loved the pools and I loved the ocean view and being right on the beach. Steve was easy to work with, a wonderful host!

Family Trip

Our Family visited to spend time with Our Son, who is a Soldier in the Army, before he moved 20 hours away from Home. The home was beautifully decorated and was extremely clean. Steve was very communicative and on top of everything! Most definitely a great Host!

Wonderful Condo for our family!

The condo was nice, loved the kitchen and it was very clean! The only complaint was the resort elevators stayed tore up. Had to walk the stairs alot. Other than that the condo and Steve was great!

Perfect Beach Vacation

Family perfect!

This condo was absolutely perfect for our family of 4. My 3 year old had plenty of space to run around & play. It had everything we needed & it was clean. The views were to die for. We truly had a great time. And the Host stayed in contact with us and was helpful with anything we messaged about. You seriously couldn't ask for anything better! 10/10 will recommend to everyone!!

Wonderful view

The condo was wonderful, beautiful view! Steve was great, quick to answer any questions or concerns you have! The resort does have A LOT of elevators, once you learn what ones to use, the rest is a cake walk 😁 The pools on the site are so nice, staff is wonderful, activities daily for the kiddos!!!!!!! If you are thinking about booking.... JUST DO IT!!!

Great condo!

We had a great trip to PCB! The location of the room was perfect! Close to the elevators and right by the beach access ramp. The room itself was nice and clean. Bathroom could use an update but it was still nice! The only thing we wished differently was to have 2 bathrooms instead of 1 🤪. The resort is really nice, we loved the Sky Bar and snack bar. We also liked that the resort doesn't put up a ton of rental chairs so there was plenty of room for tent set up. Steve was easy to communicate with and quick to respond, and checked on us frequently. We will definitely be back!

Room was great, resort… not so much!

Our room was great. Very clean and updated, but the resort is painfully laid out. Stairs, stairs and then some more stairs!! 3-4 of the 8 elevators were down during our stay. Luckily this unit is on the 5th floor and the sky bridge lands on the 3rd, but some in our group were on way higher floors. Parking isn’t adequate to accommodate the volume of guests that are there during peak season. Again, all these issues have zero to do with the host of our property. They were great and in contact with us the whole trip.

Great location!

Very clean, comfortable unit on the 5th floor. Nice location within walking distance to several places for shopping, food, and drinks. We didn't experience any issues during our stay, everything was great! Will definitely return.
