Maravillosas vacaciones 2021

Hemos pasado 6 días maravillosos en el condominio 2-2002 W en el Calypso, estancia cómoda y limpia, vista maravillosas de la playa desde el balcón e interior del apartamento, sus anfitriones Anthony y Trang muy gentiles y de fácil comunicación. Gracias

The sliding door was very difficult to open. Also when we arrived the attendant requested driver license to use a cart for luggage. Once we returned the cart she was allowing other customers to go through the box with everyone drivers license in it because she could not speak English. That was very unprofessional

Spring Break 2025

So nice and almost anything is walking distance. Great beach and enjoyed the emerald hub each morning to get us going. Recommend to anyone going to Panama City Beach for vacation. Host very quick to communicate with. No complaints whatsoever

Great Condo, Amenities, and Location, BUT...

This resort is great. The staff were super friendly and helpful. Great amenities, great location. The only problem was our AC wasn't working in our unit and it took three days and multiple complaints to get it fixed. The host offered a $200 refund for our inconvenience (not enough since it was so hot we couldn't sleep), but I still haven't received it. We'll see if they make it right, but so far, it's been seven days, and I have not received the refund!!! Although I'm impressed with the resort, I'm not impressed with the condo we stayed in.

It was pretty good

The a/c unit was really frustrating and the owner did send someone out to fix it but he was not successful, we still had to reset the breaker multiple times a day and even overnight. The pull out sofa was broken and we needed to use it. Plenty of towels was very nice. Could have used a few more coffee cups. 2 of the 3 are chipped and cut my husband’s lip. This condo was nice and clean and the owner was very responsive. For some reason all delivery drivers were really confused on how to find us just so you are aware.

Great stay

Anthony was great! Prompt communication and even let us check in early. Condo was very nice and had the ocean view. More than enough room for all 5 of us. Every was very clean, loved we could literally walk outside to the beach. Very easy check in process and we were walking distance to everything!

Calypso Panama City Beach

I’m not sure I would stay at this property again. We waited several times over 35 minutes for an elevator to get us to the 20th floor. Not enough carts for moving luggage and other things from vehicle to room on checkin day or checkout day. Our room was good other than we were without A/C for 3 days and I was left acting as the property manager to deal with it. Property owner reimbursed me $200 total which I don’t think is adequate after being without A/C for 3days especially when it cost me over $500 a day to stay there. The owners never once contacted me asking how things were or if the problem was fixed.When I told him that I felt that wasn’t adequate after talking to other owners of different properties they told me it wasn’t fair since was out A/C for the 3 days during the hottest time of the year.

Loved Calypso

It was good but no hot tubs. Also, the unit had a lot of carpet and the dryer door was broken and had to be rigged to dry.

Lovely place

Loved this condo for a family vacation. Great location, great property. Only downside was the cookware was rusted so we had to buy a set of pans to cook. Even so, I would stay here again.

Four nights today yeah

Second bedroom had too many beds. It was set up for maximum stay we only had four people so we didn’t need that many beds. It made the room less comfortable. We have stayed in other units in this property and they have one bed and that room and a bunkbed in the third bedroom. They had a full size bed and a third bedroom bunkbeds and a full-size bed and a second bedroom. This made the bedroom less enjoyable for small group .Also, all pots and pans need to replace in that unit they were not usable.

Spring Break 2023

The property was as it was described in the listing and tge check-in process was fast. We were even able to have an early check-in! The pool was fantastic & the beach was clean and beautiful. The view was spectacular and the sunset unforgettable.

Good price and great location

This property was exactly as described with multiple beds that worked perfectly for us. The location is a favorite of mine due to being within walking distance to Pier Park. The communication about the property was fast and informative.

Wonderful!

2021 was my first year visiting Panama, and rooming at the Calypso Resort. I love the resort, and my renters! Everyone was so nice, and catering. So nice that my family and I decided to return in 2022. And this experience was even better! The condos are always very clean, and well stocked. Check in is so simple, and all concerns are positively addressed. We will be back because Calypso is our new annual vacation spot!

Very nice condo and resort

Great communication and all necessities were available. Pictures are up to date and condo was very nice for our bigger size family. Resort was well kept and up to date. Elevators were quick and easy to use even being on the 20th floor. Like was walking distance to pier park.

Girl’s Trip

A few hiccups with the air conditioning, but the property manager responded quickly. We just had to get up several times to fix the problem through the night. Overall, we still enjoyed ourselves.
