Special features in our master bedroom is the balcony access to enjoy the sea breezes that make Panama City Beach special and a private master bathroom where you can enjoy the tiled bath with shower and garden tub where you can relax and re-energize after a day full of beach activities. Our Guest Bedroom has two full sized beds that sleep two each. Our three bedrooms along with a pull out sleeper sofa in the living room allow the unit to sleep 10 comfortably.

We provide all the necessities to get you settled in and relaxed. Beach towels are not included in linens. There is a grocery store close by for you to replenish and pickup any items that you may need for the remainder of your stay.

**SEASONAL BEACH SERVICE (March - October):
We offer a discounted $55 BEACH SERVICE rental fee for reservations between Mar 15 - Oct 31. This includes two chairs and an umbrella for your entire stay. The Beach vendor charges $45/day rental so this potentially could save you more than $200 for a week stay. Let us know if you want to take advantage of the beach service.

NOTE: There is a $60 parking fee per vehicle that guests are responsible for in addition to the quoted price.
