This was perfect for a mother daughter getaway for a couple of days. It looks just like the pics. The host was wonderful and easily accessible. I highly recommend this property.

Last trip as a family of 3 BLISS

Pure bliss. This condo was absolutely perfect for our little family of 3, finding out literally days before going that we are expecting! We love the Carillon community and all it has to offer and this was the best place we have stayed inside of it by far! The proximity to the downtown area where we rented bikes for the week, the resort pool steps away and the beach and other property pools only minutes away, the rental chairs/umbrella set up that was provided that 1000% made the trips to the beach with a toddler so much more manageable and the overall flow of the condo just feeling like home all made this vacation one to remember. Our toddler even called it home by the second day and was upset when we had to leave! The king bed was perfect for us 3 to wind down with movie time before moving him to the toddler bed that fit perfectly between the front window and bed. The mini kitchen was so cute and functioned perfectly and everything felt so cozy! It’s also only a 5 minute drive over to Rosemary & 30A where some of our favorite restaurants (amici 30A, LaCocina and Shades) are located and overall great views of little towns! I cannot rave enough about this location and the upkeep! Anita & Brian truly have created such a special place for families and are so receptive to communication! Thanks for everything again! 10/10 recommend!!

45th Anniversary

Overall we enjoyed our stay. The beach and surrounding neighborhood was really nice for walking. Also enjoyed the little downtown and eating establishments. The only real negative was the cleanliness of the building. Halls, elevators and stairwells were absolutely filthy and of course all that gets tracked into the unit. The management firm should be absolutely embarrassed. That being said our unit itself was decent and fairly well maintained.

Family of 3 Vacation

The condo was clean and exactly as listed. We loved the location and private, beautiful beach. Would be perfect for a couple to stay in. The beach is a little bit of a walk if you have things to take down, especially if you have kids with you, but the assigned chairs and umbrella were perfect. The resort pool was a little rundown, but we loved the pool in the neighborhood on the way to the beach. Overall very happy with our stay!

Nice getaway

We have stayed in PCB many times over the years, but this was our first trip where we needed a pet friendly place to stay. They are hard to find. Luckily we came across this property in Vrbo and were very pleased. The property was as described and the owner was very easy to communicate with. If you are looking for a nice property close to the beach and other activities, you should give this unit a look. There was some construction going on during our stay, but nothing that impacted this unit. Would book again.

perfect few days

My husband and I had a lovely time at Sunnyside. It was our first time in this area, and we were able to explore some of the places we have heard so much about. The view of the lake from our balcony was really nice, and we enjoyed having restuarants and shops close by. We especially loved having chairs on the beach. All we had to carry was our towel and a drink. I think that was my favorite ammenity.

Love the property and the pizza place. The toilet and the tub prob needs to be replaced. Toilet slow to flush and the tubs finish was gone. Other then that it was great!

Nicely Decorated

Loved Comfortable king size bed. We slept so well. It is decorated so cute. We love the patio and having breakfast among the palm trees. Fantastic pool. It’s Perfect for a couple. It’s very small. The owners were so helpful and nice. We are an older couple and it was difficult for us to get to the beach. Probably would not be a problem for a younger couple. This is located near restaurants, Publix and Winn-Dixie. That came in handy to be close to everything.

Spring Break

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here! Great location close to great restaurants and a Publix right across the street! The condo was very clean and a beautiful view of the lake. Close walk to the beach and great pool/hot tub! Can’t wait to come back!
