Beautiful view!!! Awesome condo, excellent for a family with teens! We loved having the two separate spaces and two full bathrooms. We absolutely loved being out on the balcony and watching the amazing sunsets. The condo is right across from the beach so, super convenient to cross the street and be on the beach in 5-10 minutes. The pool area is very nice and we enjoyed the hot tub during several of the chilly nights. The host was quick to respond and super kind. We are already planning a return trip for when it is warmer.

The host is courteous and prompt. Check-in was a breeze. Expectations were clearly made, and the property was simply amazing! My family has stayed at Origin multiple times. We highly recommend staying here to friends and family!

Met our needs perfectly

We had a great stay. There to celebrate daughter and friend’s graduation and the setup of the place with 2 separate areas was perfect. The location was also great, easy to cross street to beach and close to restaurants and stores. Amenities were great. Very happy overall and highly recommend!

Nice place. Wish everything was working.

The refridgerator freezer is not working properly. Turned all the way up. Put water in ice trays in freezer. After 3 days, barely ice, but still very wet. tried to freeze rolls and meat. After 2 days, not frozen. Ice maker did not work at all. Fridge temp was high. Nothing was cold. everything was luke warm. It needs repair. Would stay there again only if fixed.

Great Location with Stunning View of the Gulf

The condo was clean and comfortable, conveniently located, and the layout was perfect for hosting family during our stay. The view is outstanding, offering gorgeous sunsets from the balcony. Communication with our host was top notch. The room is just across from the elevator to the parking level which was especially convenient, and we always felt safe on the property. The unit is showing its age and could use some freshening up. As mentioned in other reviews, the sofa is uncomfortable and should be replaced. Overall however, it was a fabulous stay.

GREAT TIME

WE HAD A GREAT PERFECT SPOT JUST ACROSS FROM THE BEACH. EASY IN-OUT PARKING. THE CONDO WAS CLEAN AND HAD EVERYTHING WE NEEDED. THE WORKERS WERE HELPFUL AND FRIENDLY. WOULD STAY THERE AGAIN

Looking for sun, but first week was cold next 2 weeks were great, Loved the area for things to do and even when you can't go swimming Loved the condo BUT the couch coulld be replaced two people sitting on it was like sitting on the floor otherwise all was good,

Comfy and convenient

Perfect view of the beach and front beach rd. Could watch the bikers for miles during thunder beach 23. Clean unit large and had everything we needed. Friendly host communicated to make sure everything was perfect for our weekend stay.

AMAZING!!!

Check in was smooth. When we opened the door to villa , everything was clean, neat and had everything we needed. Omg, the balcony was everything. It was bike week, we were so close to the bikers on balcony it felt like we were at an event, it was awesome, we didnt want to leave but we knew we had to lol. Can't wait to book for next year.

Beautiful view of the beach

Some of the furniture is a bit past it’s prime and the strip of road this is located on is quite noisy. Nonetheless I had a great visit and enjoyed the condo. It was easy to get places from and just a very short walk across the street to the beach. For a woman traveling alone (a friend stayed two nights) it seemed safe and secure! Would definitely rent again!

Spectacular Sunset View!

We had a wonderful stay at the condo! Condo was clean and well appointed with supplies. Communication with property manager was excellent. This balcony has the perfect view for sunsets! The only thing I could suggest improvement on would be the lighting in one of the bathrooms; the shower area is pretty dark. Beds were super comfortable! Would definitely stay again!

Perfection

This was my twelfth trip to PCB and eighth time staying at Origin. This was by far the best room I have ever stayed in while staying there. The layout was perfect and the rooms are seperated well enough to have some private time away from everyone else when that long day by the ocean is over. Try it and you'll never want to stay in another room at this location.

Family vacation

My husband and I shared a family vacation with our daughter, son in law and toddler grandson. This was absolutely perfect for us, the separate spaces for both families was amazing. The view and short walk to the beach made the stay even more perfect.

From the ease of check-in to communucation wirh our guest host our stay was spot on. The room was clean, spacious and all around exactly what was advertised on-line. Convenient to lots of stuff. We parked the car and never got it back out! Would stay again!
