  • Pelican patiently waits for some fish scraps from the user of a man cleaning his fish. There are 2 piers in Panama and both cost $3 to walk them. The one closest to Pier Park is further out into the Gulf so it's more worth it if you can only do 1 pier. They do stamp your hand so you can go on and off it all day. On the pier a lot of people fish so watch for them hooks. From what I was told to fish in Florida you need a salt water and a fresh water licence in order to fish in the different waters. There are also signs posted on the pier about how to handle a situation if sea turtles get caught.

This was a hidden gem! Everything was perfect from the host to the beautifully decorated condo. We were looking forward to the sauna and the hot tub and they were both working! The grounds were beautifully kept. You could tell the property manager is doing their best! The host Kristy was easily accessible and easy to talk to. The condo had everything in it you could ever need! We will definitely recommend this place to our friends and would love to visit again in the future! Thank you again for your beautiful home!

Gorgeous location, very nice condo. The host was very responsive when we had some TV problems. I got to swim in the gulf 3 times! My only caution is the shower has a big step up with no bars in shower. Kind of tricky for anyone with any mobility challenges. Thanks for sharing your beautiful condo with us.

It was an amazing 6 days with family. The condo was perfect and stocked with everything needed. Beautifully decorated. Great time of year to go, no crowds no waiting. Parking great, no wait for elevators. We have stayed at Ocean Villa before and love the size of the resort.

Relaxing Getaway

A wonderful time getting away at a beautiful and comfortable condo! Everything was just as expected, fully stocked, fully functioning, and the beds were great!! The view was spectacular! Beach chair service made everything so simple and if you forgot anything, the host had ample beach supplies available to use. We would highly recommend this location and this property! Our hosts were great communicators and a pleasure to work with. We hope to be back! :)

Great Condo!

My wife and our two girls felt so comfortable at this place! My wife is picky about decor and she loved the way the condo was decorated. The corner unit is amazing. Excellent beach view and views of Beach Front Rd. The walls are solid, couldn't hear any sounds from the units around us (unless we had the patio door open). Speaking of patio: phenomenal space and phenomenal view! Super relaxing to chill out on the patio. Beds comfy!Showers great pressure!Kitchen had all the basics covered. Everything we needed for the beach was in the storage closet: sand toys, umbrellas, cart to haul it all in...we didn't even use our own stuff. We didn't know we needed body boards, but there they were in the closet, and it turned out to be one of the highlights of the trip for me and my oldest daughter. Beach access is super convenient. Pool is super convenient, excellent place to cool off after being on the hot beach. Maintenance was out there every morning cleaning and attending to the pool. Owners are amazing, clear and good communication. Will definitely stay here again. Excellent value!

The condo was great. It was very clean and had everything we needed for a great stay. The extra storage closet out side is a big plus and is filled with lots of fun stuff for the beach. The condo is in great location close to shopping groceries and lots of really good restaurants. We will definitely be back and would recommend this place to anyone.

Great location; clean and comfortable!!!

This property is even better than it seems. The pictures do not do it justice. Beach front, corner balcony with more amenities than you can ask for. Property manager Kristy is awesome; she was great at checking in and throughout the entire process from start to finish. We are already looking forward to booking it again for next year. We Highly Recommend!!!

Love this condo!

We have been staying in PCB each summer for the last 9 years and this has been one of my favorite homes we have had the pleasure to stay. Completely stocked kitchen including appliances! Even had a complimentary bag of ice in the freezer!! Decorated beautifully with a more modern twist than your typical beach theme. The balcony had plenty of room and seating options with the most beautiful views one could hope for. Plenty of shower towels along with beach towels for use! Also I feel most places give you cheap toiletries, paper towels etc… well not this one!! It truly is the little things that make a lasting impression. Thank you so much for the wonderful memories, we will definitely be back!!

Amazing balcony views!

This unit was perfect for our getaway with friends to the beach. We spent so much time on the amazing balcony. Truly one of the best. The unit had all the items we needed including beach chairs, wagon and extras! The condo was clean and had all the items we needed for the house week. Communication with the host was superior! We were able to walk to stores and a few restaurants. Also very close to Walmart if supplies are needed. Parking was so easy and was ample. Would definitely stay here again and again!

Softball Tournament-Great Place to stay

We had a great time and the condo was great. Comfortable beds and everything was clean and good decorations. Great view of the beach and gulf. They had two chairs and an umbrella already setup on the beach to use plus they had extra umbrellas and chairs in a closet next to the condo. The owners were readily available to answer questions and quickly resolve any concerns. We will stay here again if we make it back to Panama City Beach.
