  • Pelican patiently waits for some fish scraps from the user of a man cleaning his fish. There are 2 piers in Panama and both cost $3 to walk them. The one closest to Pier Park is further out into the Gulf so it's more worth it if you can only do 1 pier. They do stamp your hand so you can go on and off it all day. On the pier a lot of people fish so watch for them hooks. From what I was told to fish in Florida you need a salt water and a fresh water licence in order to fish in the different waters. There are also signs posted on the pier about how to handle a situation if sea turtles get caught.

We enjoyed our stay. The Harrison’s were quick to respond if something came up that we needed. Lots of room and extras. The beach chairs and pool toys were an extra bonus! The view is beautiful and being able to see the tower pool and hot tub is a huge plus!

Overall we had a wonderful time. Being a 42 yr travel agent, I have a keen eye when it comes to accommodation's. This is constructive feedback than a critical review!. A few things were noticed; the mattress in the master bedroom is saggy on one side near the bathroom. Also, there is a small leak in the master bath, causing some damage to the wall and is showing mildew. This is going to ruin the sheet rock. We love the walk-in closet with the dresser, though!. The low flow toilets needed twoflushes – ha ha – and despite our best efforts with a tide pods and fabric softener, the towels had an awful mildew smell. Perhaps they need tossed and new ones purchase. We also found Cheerios and other bits of food on the kitchen floor when we arrived. The master bathroom toilet wasn’t perfectly clean. (Urine stains) It would be fantastic if the smaller closet that was converted into a sitting area could be used for hanging clothes; the one with the beach supplies wasn’t quite right for the girls dresses. A few extra hooks in the bathroom would have also been helpful – we ended up drying our towels in the dryer instead of hanging them.No fault of the owners, but the elevator situation was a bit of a bottle neck! There were times when the line stretched all the way to the sliding door doors. I spoke to another owner, and he said the property just didn’t care. You all should file a lawsuit as this will deter me and others from returning to the property. Owner was great and responsive.

Great view but Needs updates and deep clean

I want to start with the positives of our stay. The owner was very responsive and helpful at the start of our vacation. The check in process was easy and the view and location of the condo were very convenient for our stay. Very close to the beach, pool, restaurant and event space. Unfortunately when we arrived the place was much more run down then it appeared in the pictures. It has carpet in both bedrooms and entry way. I would highly recommend removing all carpet and large rugs as they do not appear clean with multiple stains and just not logistically a good choice for a beach rental with multiple guests. We also found what appeared to be black mold in the master bath and doorways. There was also a very large roach found. All of these pictures were shared with the owner. We had several friends stay in the same complex who had freshly updated and clean condos, this one is due for an update. Additionally people are paying more than a hotel night stay to be here, and there were not nice amenities like decent towels. The towels were terrible and not enough for a weeks stay for 4 people. This seems like an easy fix. In a rental property I would suggest replacing towels and rugs frequently based on usage. It should be noted the two bunks are in a closet that was very dark and moist… no one wanted to sleep in there. The master mattress is also needing to be replaced. The kitchen was nice and fully stocked for our needs as well as two beach chairs and toys. We left several pool

Great stay

Lovely location. Bring your own dish soap and laundry. Also your own shower products. The views were to die for. The place provided plenty of space and was relaxing.

Great place for fall break!

We enjoyed the Edgewater Beach Resort! Judy was a great host to work with. She communicated and responded to all questions. We loved the views and condo was large enough for our family our youngest loved the bunk room.

We were in the area for dance nationals again this year. This condo was soooo much better than the previous year. Clean ready on time and no issues with the condo or elevator. They could lose some furniture to give some extra space but overall a wonderful property!

Overall stay was great. There was an Ironman at the complex so parking was a little tricky, but it was fun to watch the race from the balcony. Pools were great, beach was easily accessible.

Wonderful Getaway!

Our family had the best time at the “Beach Place”. Judy was wonderful to work with and let us check in early! The condo was perfect, my kids loved the bunk room. There were beach toys, umbrella, and chairs in the room for us to use - perfect for us coming from out of town. Everything was so fresh & clean. We loved being in the quieter tower 2.

Best Week of our LIVES!

Can’t express how much my family enjoyed our stay. The place, amenities, location, view!! The kitchen was fully stocked with every appliance EXCEPT a waffle maker haha 😂 I mean it was pretty much a home away from home. I almost bought a waffle maker just to leave in their Kitchen as gift but we ran out of time. 😁 Omg Thanks for the memories!
