Wonderful! This was by far the best beach condo we have stayed in over the years. The layout was fantastic, the condo was impeccably organized with everything you need, beautifully decorated and was exceptionally clean. The property itself was great. The four beach chairs being included was a great bonus and I cannot say enough about owner/host, Dan. He was incredibly communicative and made sure we had all of the important information and then some before our arrival.

Amazing Condo

We have stayed many times at the Aqua! But this unit is by far the best! Not only because the view is perfect but the unit is beautiful, clean, spacious and all the beds are absolutely amazing! The decorations are beautiful / beachy but not gaudy.. extremely classy! Aqua is a wonderful complex, pools and grills are clean. The poolside bar is affordable and convenient. The security is always checking on people and friendly. I really can’t say anything negative about this unit! Communication with owners was easy and promptly responded if I had a question! We will be renting this unit again!!

Lovely stay in beautiful unit

We had a wonderful stay! The unit was clean, beautifully decorated, and stocked with everything we needed for a comfortable and relaxing getaway. The beds and furnishings were superb! The location was perfect and the view from the balcony was ideal. The host was friendly and responsive, making the whole experience smooth and stress-free. This a solid 10 out of 10 unit, and we plan to return again in a few months.

Absolute Perfection

The condo was beautiful, spacious, very clean, and quiet! Within walking distance to Pier Park and perfectly located for all shopping needs! The beach service was also amazing! By far the best condo we have ever rented!

Our family had a wonderful time staying in this beautiful condo. It is spacious and clean with super comfortable beds and furniture. We had everything we needed. We loved sitting on the balcony. The unit is super close to the elevators and trash chute. The beach chairs were an added bonus! We would definitely stay here again.

Highly Recommended!

What a lovely place. Beautifully appointed. Beds are very comfy. Elevator is maybe 15 steps away not noisy at all. Trash shoot is right across the hall. View is amazing! Location is close to a lot of shopping with everything we needed. Great restaurants close by too. Such a beautiful condo!!! The host was incredibly accommodating and quickly replied to our questions. We will definitely stay here again.

Great Time at PCB

The condo was as advertised online. It was attractive and very clean. The kitchen was well stocked with plenty of dishes, cookware and utensils. The bedrooms were large with lots of storage. The Aqua staff were also very helpful. The beach was beautiful, and we were entertained by F-18 flyovers out of Pensacola. The host/owner responded promptly to all communications. His information sheets for the renters were very thorough. It was obvious he wanted happy renters. I highly recommend this listing.

Another week in paradise

This was our second time staying at this condo due to how beautiful and how clean it is, and how fabulous the hosts are to work with - not that you’ll need to work with them on much of anything because of how well run everything is! The location is perfect, elevators and parking are a breeze. Condo is stocked with all you need to prepare great meals with a stunning view! I highly recommend!

Bright, open and spacious! Our children are all adults now and it’s hard to get everyone together so we wanted it to be a nice experience for them. They LOVED it! This is our first time breaking away from a condo located down the beach from Aqua bc we loved the space it offered. We decided to try something different and it did not disappoint. This condo offered all of the space we are accustomed to and worked great for our family. Tastefully decorated, clean and most importantly the communication with the host was better than excellent! He was very responsive and helpful. He notified us when our room was ready. Never left us hanging for answers to our questions. We will not hesitate to stay at this condo again in the future.
