Such an amazing condo!! Our family of 5 loves every second of it. Clean, comfortable and has all the kitchen necessities. We rented bikes and biked to Seacrest and Rosemary and The Big Chill. Publix is so convenient and Old Florida Fish House should not be missed!

Beautiful views, dirty unit

Rating Details: The property manager was more than helpful. The vacation rental was clean. I was very happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Beautiful views & quite complex but the unit is very dated and dirty. There was dried blood on our pillows, couch looks like it was picked up off the side of the road. For the price, a few more essentials would be nice such as standard spices, coffee filters, and even oven mitts! There’s no oven mitts, we had to use washcloths to remove food from The oven.

The location is perfect. Loved the private beach access and pool. Beautiful view from the balcony. Condo was clean, however the carpets are all in desperate need of cleaning or replacing. Great closets in all bedrooms but only 1 hanger. Sofa also has stains. The property has bike racks, but could use additional. Overall, we had a great stay.

Great Property and Great Views!

Great communication with the host and a truly great vacation. Phenomenal views and beach access is on the property. We had a great time!

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: I would recommend the other rooms. I would not recommend 302. Throughout the week we found old food wrappers under beds, dirty markings on the walls, doors, and even the master bed "comforter" which is disgusting. The furniture is super worn, outdated, and not clean. The rugs were still dirty. The quality of the condo was truly much worse than 202 and 402 that my family stayed in. We also paid the same price and at the beach were told we do not get chairs, which I felt was unfair to pay the same amount for less quality and less amenities, though the website said that the chairs were included. I know this is mostly on the owners, but it is still completely disappointing.

Our family loves the quieter less busy areas of 30A and this was perfect. The dishwasher wasn't working and someone was sent to fix it very quickly.

We were very happy with Monteray Condos.The only problem was the elevator was closed for renovation,It was hard carrying things when we arrived and when we checked out. So great!

We loved our stay at this condo. The place is exactly as pictured. The view is absolutely unbeatable. The walk to the beach is so quick and the heated pool was such a great addition. We rented 2 chairs and an umbrella for $50 using the chair service available on the private beach. Communication with the host was easy and we had everything we needed. We will definitely want to come back on our next 30A trip! Note: if you have small kiddos, be prepared for really bright rooms at 6:30am — if your kids are used to sleeping in a dark room, bring something to put over the windows (foil works well :)

Beautiful view with minimal frills

The view of the ocean is amazing but unit is dated and worn. There are absolutely no extras included. There were no beach towels, no salt and pepper, no hangers in closets. You must bring everything. 😞

A Fair Stay

I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The condo was okay. Our first day at the resort and the ac was out.We had to call three times to get assistance. Only one person came out to tell us it was frozen and we still have yet to hear back from anyone. There were not enough towels for 7 people...The weather was great along with the ocean..just not the condo. Not a fan. Wouldn’t have been sooo bad had someone helped us out.

Reviewer Comments: I would give minus 5 star for this particular unit .Best location but worst upkeep of the place .Floors Kitchen Bathroom Master bedroom carpets doors outdoor furniture all possibly 30 years old .Bad smell throughout the unit.Main entrance door of unit dirty never painted .Benchmark should not place this unit along with its better properties.We trusted Benchmark as we stayed in the unit above it 6 months ago and it was very well maintained Unit B402.I would not advise anyone to stay in unit B302

Filthy

When we arrived the carpets were dark from dirt and stained. They were frayed around every door. The carpets looked as if they haven’t been replaced in 20 years which is very unacceptable for the price and location of the unit. The couch had stains on it which was disgusting and we never felt comfortable to want to sit on it. The table in the dining room was all banged up and the paint has been chipped off. Nothing about this place has been kept up and we will never be back. When bringing this to the companies attention they said it could be cleaned. If I could show photos I would. This carpet could not be cleaned. They offered nothing for this disgusting unit for compensation. This company does not care about the consumers and only about the money. Hope they go out of business

You can probably do better

Stayed on 30A for many years in a row and for the price this was the worst value we've had in a rental. Location on the beach in Seacrest and bunk room for two kids is the positive. On arrival I reported a broken refrigerator shelf, broken blinds (cheapest ones on the market btw), nonfunctional jacuzzi tub in the master suite, broken toilet paper holder. Amongst those items the property manager fixed only the toilet paper holder despite multiple calls. Kitchen is poorly configured and appointed - even bad on rental property terms. While you can connect to the wifi, it is essentially nonfunctional as nothing will load on it. We used our phone as hotspot which you have to move toward the entrance to get enough signal to do. There were a total of 3 coffee cups. Elevator gets stuck on floors when door button gets stuck - was an issue for one of our guests who is dependent on the elevator functioning properly.

First and foremost, we faced ongoing electrical problems throughout the unit. The dryer, in particular, was malfunctioning, and it took two days to dry a load of towels. This meant that my family had to purchase additional towels just to be able to shower, which was an unexpected and frustrating expense.In addition, the master bedroom bathroom had no working lights, making it inconvenient and unsafe. Another issue was the lack of privacy—our neighbors from the floor above could directly see into our room, which was concerning and uncomfortable.The most alarming issue was the cockroach infestation. It started with just one or two, but the problem escalated quickly. Despite informing property management, we were told that pest control wouldn’t be available for another week, which was unacceptable. As a result, we felt we had no choice but to cut our vacation short due to these conditions.I have tried to resolve this issue and get compensation for my trouble but have to resort to file a complaint with Amex
