We would highly recommend this unit. It’s decorated nicely, appliances are excellent, and everything needed in a kitchen. This condo is very clean and well taken care of.

Overall the unit served its purpose and the stay in general was nice. You catch a nice breeze on the patio with it being an end unit so that was super nice. The back bathroom’s water knob was filled with mold on the inside, the tub itself wasn’t very clean and had some sort of slimy film on it. My son and I both almost fell and hurt ourselves a couple different times, the sheets on the bed in the master were so sandy/rough we couldn’t sleep on them. We ended up taking them off the first night and sleeping on the mattress cover just because it was so late. The floors were really dirty and gritty from the moment we walked in. Yes I understand the condo is on the beach and there’s going to be sandy floors but they didn’t feel like they had been cleaned at all when we arrived. For overall cleanliness I would say it didn’t look like it had been cleaned at least not professionally before we used the unit. The patio furniture isn’t very comfortable, and we never could get the TV in the living room to connect to the internet so that we could watch Netflix or something similar.

Great condo and location.

This condo has a lot of great things going for it. The location is superb. Walking distance to several souvenir shops and Pineapple Willy’s is a huge plus. The three level parking garage is so convenient for storing vehicle. It also provides ease of access to feeder roads to get around Panama City Beach. Walmart is a four minute drive. The condo itself is very roomy with the 2 beds and 2 baths. Huge balcony with plenty of sitting. Pools are great for a cool off at the end of the day. Kitchen has plenty of cookware for meals in the condo. Now the negatives. Would like to see more than just a night’s supply of trash bags, toilet paper and dishwasher pods. Also no dish soap or hand soap. Would really like to know that we needed to bring these items before we got there. We had to go to Walmart anyway so it wasn’t much of a hassle. Would like to see more supplies. Not really this condo’s fault but pool and beach access is confusing. Getting to gym and to the pools takes some searching. Would like to see some more signs and instructions for these. Luckily there are two public beach access on either side so we didn’t lose any beach or pool time. The condo was clean when we arrived. There are cracked tiles in multiple rooms. These weren’t worrisome in any way and were from daily and extended use but still could be addressed. Overall, this condo met our expectations and served us beautifully all week. Would come back and stay.

Our stay at the condo

The stay was nice. We did have a problem with the air-conditioner but we got it resolved. The condo could use a good overall cleaning. The beds were very comfortable. The elevators needed lots of repairs while we were there. There was only two elevators for 23 floors, thank goodness we were on the 6th floor since we had to use the stairs. The contact person was easy to work with.

A Little Slice of Heaven

Beach Front. Gorgeous Balcony! Host was very responsive. Our girls loved the twin beds. Unit is well stocked w new appliances. Elevators don't have the long wait like others we've stayed at. Easy parking. Great pool, hot tub and of course, SUNSETS !

Fall Break

Loved this property!! Perfect for "watching teenagers" without having to follow them around. You have a view of the beach and chairs along with a view of the pool and hot tub. I didn't feel like I had to babysit my daughter and her friend while they were out and about. Neighborhood felt safe, parking garage was monitored, lots of security cameras around even in the elevator. The beach in front of this condo was not nearly as busy as the beaches to the left and right of us. Much more relaxed feeling. Lots to see while laying on the chairs. Loved the 2 bedroom and 2 bath. Did not have to share my stuff with 2 teenage girls. HAHA! Bed was comfy! Loved having the patio door in my bedroom also! For the nearby....loved being able to walk to a couple of restaraunts. Walmart and Walgreen's just around the corner so could easily get the stuff we forgot. Pier Park wasn't too far away so that the girls could go to the Ron Jon shop. We were there during Fall Break so the traffic was sort of slow but hey....we were on vacation...what else did we have to do? All around a great place to stay and would stay again if I came back to PCB. Shaun was available if we needed him but we didn't need him so that worked out well!! Thanks for a great place for us to take our daughter to the beach! It was amazing!

Family vacation

Great family trip! Communication with owners was good and room was perfect for our family. Ocean Villa is an excellent choice if you want to relax. Convenient to everything and The Sunrise Cafe across the street cannot be beat!

Our stay would have been a five star, but...worn out, dirty and stained furniture, hair/dust built up in some areas of the floor/baseboards, moldy/stained shower curtain., dirty oven...👎🏼👎🏼 Some of the condo was spot on, so it wasn’t entirely unkept, but being there for six nights and not feeling comfortable enough to unpack, or stretch out on the couch was a major bummer! We did love the location and the property itself. Will definitely go back, just not here.
