Comfort & roominess!

The beds were all very uncomfortable, we were very surprised at how small the master bathroom was, you could hardly move around in it, the master closet was extremely small, the kids beds were uncomfortable, the coffee maker did not work properly, the oven needs to be updated & if your gonna offer ice trays at least offer bigger size ones! It was not as it appeared to be in the advertisement! We made the best of it & enjoyed our stay!

Very relaxing. love the balcony overlooking the beach. the master bedroom with king bed and the 2 separate bathrooms worked well for us.The Patches Pub & Grill was conveniently located a short walk from our condo. Their food and wait staff were wonderful. We thoroughly enjoyed their Oreo Peanut Butter pie. It was the best dessert that we had at the beach.

The condo did not reflect the pictures that are in the condo listing (the reason we picked it). I don’t mind a place that may be a little outdated but I expect the pictures and price to reflect that. This was on another level though. Things that were in the pictures weren’t there anymore. Shower head coming out of the wall, stained toilet seat, shower rods for the living room curtains that could not hold the weight and a lamp shade that completely fell apart when trying to turn it off, and these are just a few to name. Now if the pictures reflected this condition I would not of rented it. While I can deal with all the things, I’m more upset because I spent a lot of money on this condo and it wasn’t worth the money they wanted. I will not be renting condo 703 again.

Average Condo, Great Location!

The listing for the condo indicated that it was newly remodeled but that it is not; Nothing new for quite some time. The condo was clean and had the basics, which was sufficient for our stay. The property had a nice pool, great access to the beach and was in walking distance of restaurants, shopping, and state park! I would stay at the Commodore location again.

Beautiful location, beach and outdoor areas; All other issues, should have been taken care of riutin

We love the location right on the beach & the pool & dolphins nearly every day. We loved having the overlook from the condominium to the beach so close! However, the screen was totally out on one of the living room screens & flopping three quarters of the way up on both sides & we notified management within an hour of all the things that were not what they should have been as per request that we let them know right away. It took until about a week before the end of our one month stay before the screen got fixed; the fan in the second bathroom never was repaired so it worked, we did get an outlet on the counter taken care of it within a day or two of our arrival as we also had the chandelier over the dining room table received working lights & all but one matching light. The coffee maker needed to be turned on repeatedly to keep it hot or even brewing, the fire alarm or smoke detector would go off in our apartment every time we even had anything on a burner without any smoke or problems, even if we boil water it would go off so we had to open the doors & put the fan on both of the stove & in the living room. The oven & the grates in the oven look Rusty as did the drawer in the oven. The toilets flush extremely slow. There were many places on the walls that the aqua Blue paint showed through in corners & edges underneath the aqua color & had been painted over it. Sadly, thing would be easy & inexpensive fixes, I've been routine fixes between clients! Would have loved to given.

Horrible unit to stay in

Spent 2 days out of seven waiting on electricians to check wiring because of outlets not working in frontroom and bedroom. Then a day waiting on plumber for shower in second bedroom. Chairs on balcony were rusted about to fall apart. Pictures on wall, beds and carpet were all wrong , very MISLEADING for condo details. Will not stay in this unit every again. Have stayed at the commodore for the last 10yrs for family vacations. Never again in this unit. My 1st review was back in July 2022 it never made this page !!!! Its now Dec 2022 maybe this 1 will make it

Not what expected

We chose this condo due to heated pool and balcony. Upon arrival, the balcony furniture was sparce and one chair was broken. The property manager did address quickly. Both toilets were broken and I had to fix the devices in the tank. The pool was not heated as informed it would be and we were unable to utilize at all (in fact, no one was in the pool the entire week). The condo itelf was okay, but in dire need of update. The refrigerator does not even have an ice maker and the stove was rusted.

Purely maintained

Pullout couch was broken and first air mattress given to replace it leaked. Also pretty inconvenient having an air mattress in the living room floor during our stay. Hot water went out and took 2 days and multiple emails to get fixed. Shower drain was clogged and after a coyole emails and what seemd like a couple attempts by maintenence it remained clogged. Place smelled like mildew when we arrived until i ran the ac for a while so it had clearly been left off or set to high to maintain the moisture level of the unit. Lady i had contact with was great but maintenence sucked and seems coompany practices on maintenance also suck.

Location is amazing!

The condo is a little dated and the appliances were ancient, but the location is perfect especially if you’re really only sleeping there. The beach was beautiful and Schooners and Patches are walking distance. The heated pool was a big plus as well when the weather was cooler.
