Great December Getaway

Loved the condo - all nicely appointed, and the pictures and description match the experience. The beach and views are absolutely incredible! And I didn't find the stairs to be bad at all - 2.5 flights up to the condo, and about 3 flights down to the beach. Left the screen door open every night to fall asleep to the ocean waves!Only small drawback is WIFI/TV. The service is very poor unless you're in the bedroom with the router. Which makes running internet TV difficult in the living room.

Almost perfect.

The property was gorgeous and was very clean. Proximity to the beach was amazing. The property manager was the only downfall. The master bedroom tv and spare bedroom tv did not work the entirety of our stay. We were texted constantly and asked to unplug things, reboot things, etc. We were also told on three occasions that someone was coming to fix it. It was never repaired and we went five nights without the use of a tv in either bedroom.

This is what vacations are about!

I am late with this review, but we stayed mid. March for spring break. When I tell you these pictures, does this place no justice! It is an absolutely beautiful. Perfect place to stay from end to end. Everything was thought about. You can literally just pack your clothes and come stay here. They provide basically everything that you would want in a vacation rental, including an espresso machine, a frother, books, Crayons, puzzles, I could go on and on! This is one of my most proudest vacation property choices! I'm still smiling thinking about our stay. They even have USB ports in the wall. Sockets, in case you leave your block. I was blown away by the beauty and details of this condo. And view, oh gosh was breathtaking! I often left the sliding door open with the screen door pulled shirt to listen to the ocean seeing. If you choose this place every penny well spent I stamp my word on that. The area is amazing. This is what you think of when you say dream vacation! I have shared this place with so many people and looking forward to returning myself.... many times lol

Best Condo Ever

This little gem has to be the best condo ever! The view is what we wanted but the decor and details were icing on the cake! It was very very clean and had everything we needed. I need her to come decorate my house!! Every detail was exquisite! The view was so amazing and perfect!! We were very sad we had to leave. We could’ve stayed another week!!!

Beautiful location!

Beautiful location! Close drive to area shops and sightseeing. Very private beach not crowded! Just be prepared for lots and lots of stairs!

Great getaway

Lovely beach condo. Better than the photos! Terrific access to all things 30A. The beach front beach was nothing short of beautiful and inviting with beach chairs and umbrella service set up every day. The perfect place to unwind. Wish we could have stayed longer - will have to plan that for next time!

By far the best vacation rental we have stayed out! So clean and an unbeatable location!

This experience was a knockout! The property was unbelievably cleaned and designed beautifully! The location was unmatched! Walk down to the beach and grocery store down the road. We hope to come again and again!

Boujee at its BEST!

This condo is AMAZING!!! We didn’t want to leave. We couldn’t get over how there was attention to every detail! Everything was thought of! We don’t want to stay anywhere else but this place!!! The only thing I would add would be a blender! I wasn’t able to make smoothies. I recommended this place to my sister in law before we stayed and she was able to scope the place out and tell me things like there is both a nespresso machine and keurig but no pods for the nespresso machine. I drink nespresso at home so I brought my own pods and was able to enjoy the machine! The fridge door would not close so there was a lot of condensation in the fridge. Our food remained cold but I did report to the property management twice about it. They didn’t come while we were there to fix it but hopefully the will for the next guest! Great condo! Unbeatable views and location! Perfection and we WILL be back!!!!

We loved the location of this property! Who wouldn’t want to wake up to the beauty of the beach each morning… and end each day with a colorful sunset?!? The property itself is beautifully decorated and stocked with everything a vacationing family would need. We have been coming to 30A for years, and this property is our new favorite.

The most beautiful, adorable rental home available on the beach

This place was amazing! The pictures are cute, but in person I liked it even more! My kids were esctatic about the bunks and it was easy sleeping all 4 of them there (8, 6, 4, 2). We loved the short walk down to the beach and got to see dolphins swim by the sandbar one of the days. It was a bit of a drive to go much of anywhere but we didn't really mind. The beach itself was gorgeous even though it was chilly 3 of our 4 nights there. The place was stashed with family games, puzzles and even beach toys!

Wonderful thanksgiving weekend

We had a great experience with the rental company, was a little worried from previous reviews, but they truly were amazing. Was able to get us in earlier, responded to our phone call right away . The condo was wonderful we will be back thanks

Charming 30A stay with stunning ocean views!

This condo was a precious vibe of a bouchée aunties beach condo. The kitchen and bathrooms had everything we needed. The view was 5 stars from the kitchen, living. And balcony. Great location between Seaside and Rosemary!!!! The charm of the decor was first in class for this price range. I visit 30A every year for over 12 years. This was by far the cutest condo w excellent location yet!!!
