Great location, needs a deep clean

This is our second year as a family to stay in this neighborhood. You won’t be disappointed by the location and pool. We have two young kids and unfortunately, were disappointed by the lack of cleanliness of our unit. From the floors to the ceiling, it needs a deep clean.

Management is awful

The house was beautiful , it did have a handful of things that didn’t work like the dryer, a shelf in the fridge was broken, upon arrival there was broken glass on the mat in the kitchen and someone cut their foot, but unfortunately there management was so rude it overshadows everything else. Please don’t save your money or vacation days and spend it with coastal dreaming. All you have to do is read their response to people on google or yelp to see exactly what kind of people you are dealing with. I wish I had read the reviews before we booked but I didn’t. The owner of coastal dreaming is on some sort of power trip and gets off on being a bully. I seriously have never seen anything like it. I will probably write a more detailed review on google but for now just do yourself a favor and read a few of his responses to any negative review on google or yelp and choose to spend your money with people who have a heart and care about other people.

Always a great place to stay

We have booked this property a few times and always enjoy staying here. It is well decorated and clean as always and is in a top properties to book here in prominence. We had one small issue with the trash can this time probably due to the previous renter and needed cleaned but was not a big issue. Thanks

Great property

We stay at prominence a few times A year so we have seen our share of listing in this location. I must say this home was great clean, had all you need.. pots pa s etc so no need to run out and grab any essentials. If I had any feedback would be beach chairs for renters to use. Other than that this property is in our top 2 to rent at prominence.. Thanks

Beautiful home and location!

We rented with another family for a week and the home was set up perfectly! Our commute to the PCB baseball parks for our tournament was a smooth 30-40 min drive. Pier Park also was super easy to get to. Loved having the golf cart to drive over to The Chill across the road. Food was amazing, lots of shopping and entertainment each night. A bit pricey over there but to be expected along 30A. The house was immaculate upon arrival!! Beds and pillows very comfortable. I stayed in the bedroom across from the bathroom. That bathroom is huge and plenty of space for my family of 4 to share. Really enjoyed the pool, quiet neighborhood, and location. We ate at the Old Florida Fish House…. OMG phenomenal food! Only about 2 miles away from house. Thank you for an awesome week experiencing 30A for the first time!

Beautiful property, clean and everything we needed was on site. Great location however I do wish WiFi was better but I wasn’t there to do work so I guess good it wasn’t good.

Great Home, Awesome location

This place was absolutely perfect for our family. Very clean. Great location 1 block from THE HUB. Use of the golf cart and 4 bikes was really fun too. We will definitely stay here again!

Great place! 10/10 would recommend

We stayed at this propery July 21-25. We originally booked another condo and it was a total disaster once we arrived, so we had to move places asap. I booked this house and called the property managers and they were incredibly accommodating. They got the place cleaned and ready for us for an 8pm check in the same day we booked. The house was in great shape and incredibly clean. We had access to 4 bikes, a 6 seater golf cart, beach chairs and beach toys. They even had a blower to blow off the sand off all out stuff outside in the garage! I really don't think we could of asked for anything more in the house. I would 100000% recommend this place and would def book again. Also, the neighborhood pool was very nice too. When we checked in I was given a code to the door and the online portal had all the rest of the bike, garage, pool, etc codes. All very easy to access and understand. Thanks for a great vacation!

Great house and location!

We had a broken washer and dryer for the entire stay which was difficult considering you have to bring your own beach/pool towels and we tried to pack light thinking we would be able to do laundry. Other than that the house was amazing.

Overall Great stay

Lots of pluses in Mint to Relax. We were overall pleased with our accommodations . The house was spacious and well stocked. It is conveniently located. Prominence is a great community. The pool was a nice size with a great shallow area for our toddlers. The Hub across the street offers great food and entertainment. The golf cart provide easy access to every where we needed to go. We were pleasantly surprised to have some beach chairs and boogie boards provided. Only a few negatives….the floors looked clean but after 30 min of crawling around our toddlers legs and feet were almost black with dirt. There 2 beach umbrellas but both turned out to be broken. The dryer took 3 full cycles to get anything dry.

I received what I can only imagine being a snarky smart mouth reply from the property manager while I was complaining about the check in email that 1. Was so full of their own spam ads it was ridiculous and 2. The link they wanted me to click to gain entry to the guest portal took you to what appeared to be a hijacked website. If you read reviews of the “app” on iTunes the reviews are terrible, and by the way I don’t want to install an app on my phone for you to tell me the front door code and what to do with my towels at the end of the trip. The snarky email from what I can only imagine being an 18 year old girl with an attitude was enough for me to know I would never rent with them again. The house however is spotless. The golf cart was nice. Furniture was good quality and comfy. We enjoyed the property and location to the hub and beach. Kitchen supplies? Anemic, kind of adequate and barely. They invested so much in the cart and furniture it would be nice to have decent kitchen items to cook with...the frying pan was literally an 8 inch 25 year old cooling oil shellac covered joke. It made me laugh out loud when I saw it. I had to purchase one of my own. Leaving instructions said to wash golf cart with hose, that is not provided. And nothing says thanks for staying with us like a full paragraph stating if you are 1 minute late leaving they Will charge you half a day. Now with all of that said, if you have no other options to rent, the house is spotless and comfy, great lot looking out to the trees, end unit. Showers were amazing and the large numbers of windows made for tons of natural light. Give me a more understanding management company without Ms Snark and I would have gladly given a 5 star rating.

Beautiful!

It felt like home away from home. Great space and location. The kids loved going to the Hub in the evening and it was a short drive to many beaches.
