Great Stay :)

We had a really great stay. The place was clean and had plenty of space for my boyfriend and our 7 kids from 15 down to 5. The pool was great. Tiki bar staff was super nice. The only thing I wish was better was the quality of kitchen items and a sheet pan available. With 9 people, we did a lot of cooking. I realize a lot of people don't do much cooking while on vacation but with so many people we had to. Also, be aware that an extra cleaning charge will be charged if there are excessive fingerprints on the mirror wall in the living room and kitchen. I didn't see this on the rules paper until it was already too late...kids : I'm not sure we got charged this extra fee yet. Those things said, we had a great stay and would recommend this condo to others. If we come back we will definitely book with Sun Kissed Beach Rentals again.

Great family Resort

We loved the balcony view and closeness to pool and beach. Two beach chairs and an umbrella were a bonus. However, elevators were a nightmare. We all had dirty feet from walking on the floors. Had a couple of issues but reported and hopefully they will be fixed for next renters. Had a wonderful week at RT.

Unit Review

I am not sharing this for publication, but for your benefit. The unit needs some work with the kitchen sink(sprayer/faucet) and counter surface at sink. also, the glass door in the bath has a hinge at top that need some adjustment because the door glass overlaps. This could easily result in a broken glass. We loved the pool area!

But needed some minor repairs and dishes. Not enough coffee cups for sure. One bath did not have soap. Overall was good though.

For the cleaning crew

I would have liked the unit to have been a bit more clean. The dining chairs were sticky, and the floor, I had to wash out the floor mops several times before I could use them to wash the floor , I was not impressed that the patio furniture was so grubby, I washed them as well . I also washed the patio door windows and the two bedroom windows . There is a bit of a problem with the ceiling fan in the guest bedroom, it would not switch off

Great week in PCB

Great location out of the rush. Beautiful view from the balcony. Great to have chairs and umbrella provided on the beach. Would definitely stay again. Family and friend trip to relax and fish.

An amazing beach-front property

This location is a gem. This was our first time in Panama City and our expectations were exceeded. The property is in a complex with helpful and kind security guards, enclosed parking lot with many parking spaces, the building has many amenities--3 pools, outdoor showers, pool table, but the main attraction for us was the beach with white sand and pristine blue-green sea. The property itself is spacious, practical, with a gorgeous view of the sea from the balcony. The 3 bedrooms and 2 full baths are well equipped and good size. The kitchen is large and connected to the dining/living room area which is ideal if you want to prep a meal and entertain or watch your kids at the same time. The only downside was that the dishwasher and garbage disposal in the sink did not work properly, but we alerted the owners to the fact. We personally did not mind because it did not affect the quality of our stay. The property provides bedding and a lot of good quality towels, cleaning products, vacuum, broom, etc. The property is located close to a wonderful park, ice cream shops, Wallmart, etc. Beach chairs and umbrella are provided which was very helpful. The beach was not crowded. Our kids saw dolphins in the water one morning. Overall, an awesome place we may be returning to. Thank you for letting us rent it.

Family Trip 2022

Overall we enjoyed our stay. The dishwasher doesn't work, the washing machine leaked, and a couple of doors didn't work properly. The owners were very responsive though and I think they would've fixed if we had asked them. Great location. Quiet area. Karaoke at pool at night was fun!

Paradise at Regency Tower

My family had an absolute wonderful time in Panama City. 604 Regency Tower was very clean and very roomy. We had plenty of room throughout the condo and the kitchen had everything we needed for cooking. We plan on staying at this exact location again.

Updates needed

The master bed is on the verge of falling apart. Needs replacement bad. The tv in the master don't work. Remotes are broken and sticky. Yes sticky. The floors were gross. I understand a little sand. You can't walk from the shower to the any bedroom with your feet turning black. The blinds are missing and need repairs in the master and livingroom. Both sliding glass doors need attention handles broken and hard to open and close. Not happy with any of the other bed very uncomfortable. For what we paid I expected more. Great place, even the elevator's not a big issue. The owner needs to step up and make some changes

Loved everything about this condo ! Clean, spacious, easy beach access and equipped with everything needed for a vacation. A lot of pool for swimming and a cute bar that’s serves drinks and food. Will definitely be booking again !

Amazing!!!

Pros: The property owners were amazing! They communicated so well and answered every question we had. They fixed any problems we had during our stay. The property was really nice and spacious. There was plenty of room for our entire family. The pools were our favorite thing. There was a warm pool, a cold pool, and a kiddie pool which we loved. The poolside bar was nice to have for drinks and the food was good. The check in was easy and the property is in a good location, not too busy, but not too far from everything. The views from the balcony were fantastic. Cons: The balcony doors were super hard to open. The master shower door was kinda weird so it wet the floor when we showered. We couldn’t find a broom so we had to buy one. Overall this was a perfect place for our yearly vacation. The property owners are top tier, we will definitely be staying again. 10/10 recommend.

The most beautiful sunset views!!!

I brought my extended family down for spring break and we enjoyed our stay very much! Having the 3rd bedroom, murphy bed, and awesome amenities did not disappoint! The balcony was roomy and the perfect view for the sunsets! Having access and view from the main living area and the master bedroom was also a plus! Beach service was also helpful and the management was quick to respond to our questions and easy to communicate with. There is security at the property and we frequently saw them on patrol which was an extra comfort. Over all a beautiful property!

PCB getaway

We had a great time here! Only had a few things we weren't expecting like the constant construction out by the beach forcing us to go to the next property over to enjoy their beach. We also had to be mindful of walking barefoot in the actual property because the floors were not clean and left our feet covered with dirt.
