Room was exactly as described. Being on 25th floor we were able to watch dolphins, hammer head sharks, stingrays, sea turtles, as well as other fish swim up the coast every morning.

Great property with great owners. We were contacted the day of our arrival by the owner to make for an easier check-in. There were a couple of small issues with the condo but nothing too major. A number on the key pad didn't seem to want to work and the washer/dryer was needing repair, which the owner scheduled during our stay. Although the dryer still took about 3 cycles to dry clothes. But overall, we had a great vacation in a very nice condo.

Location is GREAT!

Pros: The location is exactly what we wanted!!! It’s on the beach and close to the pier! The owners were great and communicated even when they were on vacation AND at 2 AM in their location!!!!Cons: Check your SPAM/Junk mail! We missed the required document for Tidewater and had to pay a last minute fee. This was booked last minute, so we probably would have had to pay the additional fee, but we had no idea! The fee is based on the number of bedrooms. I paid for a 3 bedroom, but I think this is technically a 2 bedroom condo. They put bunk beds in the hallway to the bathroom and a curtain as the door. It was fine for our last minute stay. The elevators were not all working. It was random which elevator was working. The pools were FREEZING, even the “indoor heated pool”. We walked around bare footed in the condo the first night and ended up with nasty feet! Probably because we are on the beach but still YUCK! We wore shoes the rest of the stay.

Fabulous stay

This is our 3rd year at Tidewater and we have always enjoyed our stay. Communication with the propery owner was great. The facilities are wonderful and the staff is the best. Ready for our next visit.

Great location

Location was great. Elevator situation on the condo is a bit frustrating. During high peak times, you could wait on an elevator 30 minutes or more. Condo said it had a hair dryer, but we couldn’t find one. Overall experience was good and the location and view was amazing. This condo could use a little decor upgrade. The positives definitely outweigh the negatives.

Beautiful Condo with Great View

My family and I enjoyed our stay. This condo was large enough to comfortably sleep our 9 guests. It was very clean and well maintained. There is a lot to do on the property and we was close to everything…Pier Park was hit. We will definitely stay again. Oh and the food from the property restaurant was very delicious.

It was ok. The stove was nasty. The microwave and stove was broken on the bottom. The sliding glass door was almost impossible to open/close. Very minimal supplies for the kitchen. Maybe this is the norm for condos? The fire alarm test was conducted two days while we were there for what seemed like hours. I was pretty disappointed in the condition of the furniture. My nightstand looked like someone had burnt cigarettes on it. I literally had to dry any clothes 3-4 times to get them dry. The owners were very responsive when I emailed them. I have very limited knowledge regarding renting a condo- so maybe this is the norm?

This property was perfect setting/location…and the view, absolutely breathtaking. Elevators were not at all as bad as many were saying. Busy time of year, so of course there were some waits. But that’s to be expected. Property owner 100% wonderful! Great communication, detailed info sent in timely manner. Working with them was seamless!! The only “negative” would be the cleanliness of unit upon our arrival. Cleaning crew could have done better job in kitchen especially. Our initials concerns were relayed to owner immediately, who again, responded and addressed concerns quickly. We will be back!!
