The condo was perfect, had everything we needed and more. We will be back to stay here. The only negative thing I can say is that the bunkbeds are not comfortable. Other than that, we had an amazing trip!

The only thing I had a problem with was the fact that the owner locked the thermostat to not go lower than 70. I felt like I was being treated like a child and wasn’t capable of using a thermostat.

Everything was better than the description online. Unit was bigger than what we imagined. Very clean, very well stocked and equipped. Perfect location. Elevators were quick. Amenities were amazing. It is our intention to stay in the exact unit many more times. Communication was surprisingly prompt and friendly with the company. Nothing negative could be said.

Listed as 2 bedroom. The second so called bedroom is not a bedroom other than it has a bed in it and an extra 2 feet of space to stand along side the bed. Tiny, no closet or dresser. The king bed in the master bedroom is terrible. Convex holes to sleep in. If you don’t have back problems, you will after sleeping on it. And operation of the thermostat is nil since the owner controls it from elsewhere. Other than the unit, the building is nice, great pools, hot tubs, fitness, etc. good location

Overall, a good value but the unit is very small

The property is an older property but loved the easy beach access and the beach chairs and umbrella that came with the unit. The unit was a 2 bedroom and was too small for 4 people. The bunk room was extremely small with no closet (carry on luggage took up the remaining floor space) and the TV against the wall was useless because there’s no place to sit or lay down with the TV in view. The kitchen was extremely small where only one person could be in the space at one time. The freezer door couldn’t open wide enough for us to remove the ice container to use the ice for our cooler. The washing machine and dryer were loud and was located in a closet in the living room without a door. Next time, will book a different unit. .

Great Stay!

This is a great condo in a great location! Comfortable beds, spacious bathrooms, lots of storage to unpack. Nice balcony and great view. Stocked kitchen was great, along with having the beach service. Short walk to two large pools and the beach. We had clear, gorgeous water (you can see down to your feet!) and white sands—nothing better! Elevators were always fast except during peak check in and check out times. We flew and decided against a rental car, which worked out fine. We were within walking distance to restaurants and souvenir stores, and we had groceries delivered. I recommend bringing house shoes—with all of the walking in and out, it’s impossible for a condo floor to stay clean, which I don’t fault the cleaners—this happens at every condo. A recommendation for the owners is to provide a small bottle of dishwashing liquid and a sponge for handwashing dishes—I’ve been to other condos where this is provided, and it’s super convenient for quickly washing a few dishes.

Family Vacation

As a family of 5, we enjoyed the full size bunk beds! Definitely a plus. Sofa sleeper also available but didn’t even use. Condo had everything we needed. Really enjoyed our stay. No complaints.

Would definitely stay here again

Great location. Beautiful view from inside. Nice large balcony facing the ocean. Everything was very clean. The kitchen only has dishes and utensils, there isn’t even salt and pepper so plan accordingly.

10/10 highly to recommend! This unit was very clean, the property management company was very friendly, and we had a blast. The 2 beach chairs included with the rental were very convenient as well. I’d highly recommend this unit to any friends and family.

Great property but bring plan on bringing some stuff

Love the location, the view, the immediate walk to the beach, the fact that chairs are included & would definitely go back. BUT the TP is extremely cheap & thin, absolutely no seasonings (not even salt & pepper), you should bring a bottle of cleaner for the counters, and there is no true storage for the bunk bed room or for your food (other than the refrigerator).

We were wonderfully surprised at the cleanliness of the condo. Everything was in pristine condition. The amenities were perfect for my husband and myself. We had beach service during the duration of our stay. The location was perfect. We were in close proximity to so many shops and restaurants. Parking was a breeze and we were close to the elevator. The view was beautiful. Also, we have been coming for many years but the weather this year was absolutely gorgeous throughout the entire stay. We appreciated the comfortable bedding and the comfort of the living room furniture. I can’t think of a thing I would change. We have already booked for next year. Thank you for the hospitality of the staff of Four Star Condo Services and for their timely response to any questions. We are looking forward to future stays with you!

Room was good but…

The room was perfect but the elevator situation was not so great. Also there was an attitude issue with the chair service. Traffic was terrible and so was the food everywhere we stopped. Probably will not be back to PCB.

Beautiful Gulf Views in an Excellent Property

Although the property was smaller than any of the other 2-bedroom condos that we've rented in PCB, it was extremely well apportioned and very convenient for a long-stay rental. We especially liked the location of the building and the excellent building amenities - a nice size gym and an expansive pool area. Parking was extremely convenient and the condo itself was very comfortable. Highly recommended!

Great view/Great location

Easy check- in. Comfortable furniture and bed. Large balcony overlooking gulf. Unfortunately had bad experience with my first rental for this time period and lost 1055$ !! I rented a different place , paid for it, got no confirmation and Vrbo couldn’t find the rental transaction.
