The one closest to Pier Park is further out into the Gulf so it's more worth it if you can only do 1 pier. They do stamp your hand so you can go on and off it all day. On the pier a lot of people fish so watch for them hooks. From what I was told to fish in Florida you need a salt water and a fresh water licence in order to fish in the different waters. There are also signs posted on the pier about how to handle a situation if sea turtles get caught.

Location and view were wonderful! On the fourth floor of tower 1 so you’re closest to the pool and beach access. Being on the corner you also get a larger balcony which is great. The only issue we could find was just the overall cleanliness of the property. The furniture, rugs, and bathrooms all are needing either replacements or a very deep cleaning. The unit is definitely needing some updated especially in the master bath. Overall a good spot.

The unit was not ready as the property manager advised. Room was very dirty. Lots of black mold in the showers. The main shower was clogged and management would not answer calls or texts. We had to purchase drain cleaner and fix ourselves. Unit was hot and A/C did not work well. This unit needs some TLC especially considering the price you pay for this property.

Clogged Toilet & Parking garage issue

Property itself was very nice. Outdoor cushions had mold as well as shower. Toilet clogged when arrived on Saturday at 4pm. No one responded until Wednesday morning to fix. Left to ECDI to take care of and terrible response. Majestic would not also fix issue, How would you like to have a clogged stinky toilet for 3 days plus? Bath/shower drain slow at draining.ECDI poor at responding to get parking passes even though web site said free parking for this room. They denied that. Security has no way of doing parking if can't do electronically. Wow what a messed up bunch of people.

Nice resort

The positive... Condo had almost everything you need while away from home. The view from balcony was great. The beds were comfortable. The jetted tub was nice. The host was very responsive. The resort was nice and clean. The negative.... The unit is very far from garage(10 minute walk with 2 elevator rides or stairs), The twin bunk beds were not screwed together and our first night our daughter fell thru the lower bed and the bathroom door was hanging on by 1 hinge. The host responded in the morning and maintenance came by midday but no apology was given. Thankfully our daughter was ok and we realized before our son got on top bunk. The second day we noticed ants in front king room. The host responded and sent maintenance again. The dryer to the unit took forever to dry. The table, chairs, coffee table and couches are all white and were dirty. The unit definitely could use a deep clean. Overall, I would recommend this unit for families.

Beautiful convenient condo resort

My family and I arrived on a Saturday and the check-in process and unloading garage process was easy peezy. There is an unloading and loading zone where you can get carts yet there is a long walk from the garage to the condo. But once inside the condo, it was beautiful. Right over the pool as described which was very convenient in keeping tabs on my family. We were there during bike week, which made for some rowdy evenings due to being directly across from the bar the Liq. But we knew what we were getting into when we booked. As for the condo, the bathroom and kitchen cabinets need some repair. We were afraid if you open them too forcefully, they might come off the hinges. The refrigerator did take 24 hours to cool our drinks and refrigerated items. We put several in the freezer and they called off quick. I just had to keep everyone out of the fridge so it could recuperate from our grocery haul. There were adequate cooking utensils and pans/skillets for light cooking. We all found the furniture and beds quite comfortable. Outdoor seating could be updated as the cushions were a bit worn but I see why when that’s where we spent a lot of our time outdoors. I wish the market and grill had longer hours, but we enjoyed a lot of their goodies, very convenient for breakfast and lunch. We were walking distance to several stores. We definitely would return.

Beach paradise!!

This place was amazing! Beautiful location. Lovely decor. Comfortable beds. Easy access to beach. Right next to stairs - so easy to get to beach/pools/hot tubs. Well equipped kitchen. Great communication with management. We would definitely book this exact unit again!!

Great Spot!

We stayed at the Majestic for the second time! This condo was perfect with it's end unit location and being able to see the beach and the pool. Unit was clean and spacious. The property management was great at replying to texts.

Relaxing Week

The property was very clean, easy to get around, and the location was perfect! The views from the unit were amazing. We love going to the beach in November as it’s cooler and it’s not overcrowded. The outside pool was a bit chilly due to recent weather and night-time temps but the indoor pool was a great alternative when we tired of the beach for the day. The condo was clean and we love having access to doing laundry right in the unit. As a working mom, being able to go home with clean laundry is a win-win! We will definitely keep this unit in mind for our next PCB visit.

4th Floor Paradise!!

It was a great place. The kitchen was nicely equipped, which is great because we cook a lot of meals!! Beautiful views of course. Our trip unfortunately got cut short due to hurricane Helene🙁. Plenty of space for our group of 8!!
