We have a wonderful Christmas time here!

The most beautiful hotel on the bay.! Very convenient location of the hotel in relation to shops, gas stations and restaurants. The parking is very large and has several levels. Easily and conveniently connected to the hotel. Parking is paid, but the time is not limited.

The view

The view was beautiful, smack dab in the middle of the building. Got to Watch the Jets fly by, Seen dolphins in the water. Was able to watch the sunrise and the sunset.

Spring break 2025

Nice place overall. Cleaning could have been better. There were goldfish under the curtains and fan blades were filthy. Condo needs some general upkeep but great location. Security staff were wonderful.

Everything was pretty clean, found a few left over crumbs from the last visitors, the sleeper sofa had a ripped liner on it and the door keypad was a real pain. It would take us 6-10xs to get the door to open. The elevators, took forever to get in, so if you have somewhere to be, plan for a 20min - hour head start so you have time to wait for an elevator. The view was stunning! The balcony was definitely our favorite.

The condo itself was great! The problem we had was trying to use hot tubs as there was always children in them without adults and using it like a pool and wait time on elevators and we almost got stuck on one.

Fall Vaca

The condo was very nice and had everything we needed. The elevators were very slow and one out of service the entire week, making it difficult every time we went in and out and especially with luggage. The cushions on two of the balcony chairs are old and torn and need to be replaced. Other than that, it was amazing: good food downstairs, Starbucks coffee, beautiful pools and beach access.

Owner came to unit unannounced, sithout anyway to identify himself, and came in unit a few times wail we were out getting dinner,had to keep the safety bar on door to make sure someone wouldn't just enter code and come in ,the owner

Kitchen and cleanliness

There wasn't adequate kitchen pans ice maker didn't work well. Blender didn't have all of it's parts. Just wasn't clean enough for me. I had clean before I could relax

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Benchmark really needs to re-train their people on how to register their client’s vehicle before they arrive at the condo. They supposed to send you a link to be able to register your vehicle to park. They kept telling me my parking pass was inside the unit. But that info is wrong. It took over an hour emailing and calling 3 different people until finally somebody knew what to do. As for the condo, it was perfect!! Beautiful, clean, and spacious!! Comfortable seating and wonderful views.

Roach infestation in our unit. Also I'm assuming the entire building. The staff was so rude. We were celebrating our 30th anniversary and they care that we were displaced for hours. It was such a horrible experience it ruined our entire trip. Management didn't even care! I honestly wish I could give 0 stars. I wish I could upload the pictures and videos.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Overall we had a good stay. The room definitely needed some updates and paint touchups for sure. Also really needed a good deep cleaning. I sent a message to management to let them know that my Keurig did not work and they brought a new one immediately. One thing I did not like was that we were trying to get an early check-in, and our room was ready, because we were sitting outside of it waiting to get in, and we were told it was not ready. They had been in the car for 17 hours with a four-year-old and we’re just ready to get in and shower. I understand that they don’t have to let you have an early check in, but I was told that we could for an additional fee if it were ready. I have stayed on this property before and will definitely stay again. Pool area was nice and the view is amazing.

It was very difficult to get help. I had to call daily multiple times. Had a very rude person on the answering service the second day I called. They put me off all week. Dropped off box fans. Only wanted to compensate us $380 for a week without air. Inks to bed for the cleaning fee to be removed seeing that I had to clean when I arrived. Dirty towels, blood on a pillow, drink can under bunk beds, silverware drawer dirty, and chips in pullout bed.

Love the Majestic/ not this rental

Rating Details: The property manager was somewhat unhelpful. The vacation rental was very dirty. I was more than happy with the location. I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We have stayed at the Majestic several times and love the location and the condo resort. This trip was not the best of our stays. When we arrived the door code would not work. Texted Benchmark and they were very helpful. Then upon entering we had no wristbands or parking passes. I spent the rest of my evening back and forth with someone trying to resolve my problem. No luck. I waited until almost noon the next day before I could get what I needed and start enjoying my vacation with no worries, The condo itself was a great layout and location, but was dirty. Overall was somewhat clean but layers of dust on everything. This condo is not cleaned and taken care of as it should be.

Disaster

When we arrived we could not do required preregistration of car. Realized that Benchmark had put in 2 different departure dates so it would not let us register car. Took hour and 1/2 to get in parking which is at Tower 2. Our room was in Tower 1 which was about 3 football fields away. We were then asked to take car to 3rd floor to get cart for luggage. Got unloaded and walked to room, but could not get in due to door code not working. Called Benchmark to reset, then found out all 3 TVs had no sound and could not get on. Next had to take cart back to parking and move car to 4th floor because 3rd is for owners. Then walk back 3 football fields to room. The next morning I went out to beach to rent chairs and found out they wanted for 2 chairs 4 days they wanted 210 plus tax. I said don’t think so. Packed up and went home day after we got there. Will NEVER do business with Benchmark Mgmt again. Nightmare!! Just too much for someone with congestive heart failure and a full lumbar fusion. Still waiting to see if a refund is offered or not.
