Kerry made everything so easy from start to finish! She provided clear, detailed instructions and was always available whenever we had questions.The moment we walked through the doors, the ocean view completely took our breath away—it truly felt like a mermaid’s paradise. The condo was stocked with everything we could possibly need and more. We especially loved the refillable tumblers for local restaurants, which was such a fun and money-saving bonus!The bed was incredibly comfortable, and the patio was huge—perfect for relaxing and taking in the view. The kitchen was fully equipped, even featuring a cabinet stocked with spices and oils, which made cooking so convenient. Having a full kitchen definitely helped us save money on meals.The on-site restaurant had incredible food, some of the best food we had in the city. The heated pool was incredible, and it kept my kids occupied for hours every day! I would give this property a 10-star rating if I could! We had an amazing stay and would absolutely come back again.

We really enjoyed our stay at the Calypso! The views were fantastic, and it had everything you would want in a condo with a great location close to everything. We were in town for a baseball tournament, and it was absolutely perfect for our needs. We would definitely stay here again! Owners are top notch!

This condo was awesome. First was how clean it was. It was immaculate and I am very judgmental about cleanliness. Second was how it was decorated. Gorgeous! It was well stocked with beach items, even had beach towels. I’ve stayed in many many condos at Calypso and by far this one was my favorite. Kerry made everything very easy and was always quick to respond. Definitely will stay here again

We loved this condo! The condo is exactly as the photos show. The description of the location and what the condo has to offer is on point. We only got in our car twice the whole week and that was because we chose to go to a restaurant a little further down on the strip & we needed to get a couple of grocery items from the store one day. The balcony was spacious and the breeze felt so refreshing! The couch was perfect for watching a little tv at night and we slept comfortably. The pool & beach were both nice & family friendly. Having the chairs/umbrella covered by the owners is a HUGE savings! We hated to leave and would not even hesitate to book this condo again.

Great Location & Homey!

We really loved staying here and felt very comfortable! The amenities are amazing given the new pool at tower III and bonus points for their own tiki hut! Short walk to the beach and the beach chair service was great. Close to literally everything. We walked to PJ’s coffee on Pier Park to get our morning coffee and enjoyed lots of apps from Angry Tuna! Overall a great stay and would absolutely stay again. Kerry was very responsive and responded quick with anything that we needed.

When we arrived the condo was not ready. There had been a misunderstanding with the housekeepers as when they need to clean the condo, but the host stepped in immediately and made a bad situation right. She set us up in a hotel with a refrigerator in the room to save my food that we had brought. Early the next morning we got a notice that the condo was cleaned and ready for us to move in. Excellent fast service to resolve a major problem❣️

Panama City Beach Vac 4/13 to 4/20

We just returned from our vacation in Panama City Beach. This was our first time in the panhandle of FL. I have to say that everything for this resort and condo was exactly as advertised! The owners of the condo were wonderful hosts and very responsive to any questions we had…checkin was super simple. The condo is just as the pictures show and the sunsets are wonderful from the balcony. We had a great time and hope to go back again sometime. If we do, we’d stay in this condo again for sure! Thank you to the owners for your hospitality!!

We loved our stay!

My family and I visit PCB each year (many times twice a year) and the Calypso is always our go-to for lodging. Not only is it close to Pier Park, shopping, and dining, but it’s a beautiful, clean, safe resort. This year was our first time staying in Tower III, but my family and I were eager to try it. The Mermaid’s Mansion was perfect! Kerry was wonderful and kept in contact with us to make sure we had a safe arrival and that everything was ready for our stay. From the moment we walked in, we felt at home. The condo was welcoming, smelled “ah-mazing,” was beautifully decorated and sparklingly clean! Everything was labeled and directions were made available for the TV remotes and automatic blinds (which we loved and plan to buy for our own home!) ☺️ It was evident that a lot of love and care was put into the home and that it meant more to the owners than just a rental property. The view from our balcony was incredible. You could see for miles and had the best of both worlds (the beach view and street view). During our stay, we had several double red flag days due to dangerous rip currents. It gave us the opportunity to explore beyond the beach and we had a wonderful time fishing at Camp Helen, hiking trails, and playing basketball at Frank Brown Park. Our vacation was definitely one to remember this year, after a long school year, we sought peace and relaxation and it was exactly what we found at the Mermaid’s Mansion. It easily became our home away from home!
