The condo is very nice and close to the beach. The huge doors that opened up to the small balcony were what made this rental. We were bummed when we found out that the chair service didn't start until the 15th. The listing did not specify that, and it was the entire reason we rented this condo. The owner was super friendly and promptly answered any questions we had. The elevator stopped working on day 2 of our stay and was still out when we checked out. Thankfully, we were only on the 3rd floor. If you plan to stay here, bring your own pillows and some hangers if you plan to hang anything up in the closets.

We had an amazing stay this week. The condo was absolutely perfect! It was so spacious and clean and had everything we needed for our stay. The host was very kind and responsive to messages before our stay. The beach was perfect. We will definitely stay here again if we are in the area. Everything was wonderful!

Building is old so you get what comes with that. There is nothing the owner can do about that. Owner was easy to contact and handled issues immediately. Very quiet with no beach crowds. Not a long walk to the beach and having the chairs come with it was a big savings.

The condo was very spacious and clean and we had everything we needed. The 2 beach chairs that came with the condo were SO convenient. My sister and I didn't have to worry about dragging a lot of stuff to the beach. There was not really anything we did not like about our stay. The condo was great as well as the beach access and view. The owner was easy to communicate with and very friendly. We actually met him on the beach on our last day. This is a great place to stay and I would definitely rent it again.

The condo was exactly as described, but better than we had expected. Great views of the beach and Gulf from both bedrooms and living room dining area. The kitchen was stocked well with pots, pans, silverware, and other cooking dishes. There were trash bags and detergent for the dishwasher and washing machine. It was the best stocked condo we've stayed in. We did not see any evidence of bugs, rodents, trash, or other things that were not cleaned. Roku and cable were available. The owner responded quickly to any questions we had. We plan to go back!

Very Pleased

To start, I’d like to say it was a little bumpy, I was suppose to receive a welcome letter which the property owner sent before hand and several times the day we arrived. For some reason, I wasn’t getting it through my phone email app. Caused some confusion in the beginning because I didn’t know where to look for parking passes, didn’t have gate codes etc. my daughter was finally able to log in to my email on her phone and pull it up.YOU DEFINITELY NEED TO HAVE THIS BEFORE ARRIVING. Once all this was resolved, the vacation was great. Condo was clean, beds were very comfortable. Loved the full glass windows all across the front. Had everything we needed to cook there when we wanted. My two recommendations would maybe get a keruig coffee pot and some nonstick baking sheets.

Loved the location ofbthis condo! Made our trip way more enjoyable there being less crowdedness on the beach. Check in was super easy and quick. Host was always quick to answer questions. Fabulous view

The property is well maintained. The hugh expanse of windows provides a stunning view of the Gulf. The property is as close to the beach as you could ever hope for. Inclusion of beach chairs and umbrellla is a big plus. Parking was provided and there was rarely a wait for the elevator.Loved everything except trying to figiure out how to work the tv remotes (we're old dinosaurs). The owner seems like a very nice person and I should have asked forr help but I didnt. We'd stay here again.

Amazing Beach Front View

We had a great time staying at this place. The description matched exactly how it was listed. The view was incredible from every room. It was nice to open the sliding glass doors and let fresh air in. I would highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a beautiful place to stay right on the beach!

The perfect retreat

Every room except the bathrooms have a perfect view of the beach. Check in was no hassle, parking was ideal, and we never waited on an elevator. If you are a lover of the beach, this is your place!!!
