  • Enjoy our luxurious, Beachfront, 12th floor condo located in the desirable west-end of Panama City Beach with a huge balcony (largest in Panama City Beach), and amazing views!




    When you step into our beautifully decorated unit, you will be hit with the magnificent view of the Gulf of Mexico! Our condo's open layout allows you to have spectacular ocean views from nearly every living space. The kitchen is fully equipped with all the comforts of home, along with beautiful granite counter-tops, stainless steel appliances and new cabinetry. You have direct access to our extra-large 10’ x 28’ balcony via the living area and also the master bedroom. Our balcony is the perfect place to enjoy your breakfast, spend relaxing afternoons and view fabulous sunsets while listening to the peaceful sounds of the ocean waves!

    Our unit is smoke free. 2 bedroom / 2 bath condo comfortably sleeps six people with a king bed in the master bedroom, two full size beds in the guest bedroom, and a queen sleeper in the living area.

    During your stay, enjoy complimentary umbrella beach service with 2 padded lounge chairs from March 15 – October 31. Extra Chairs are in the condo for your use as well as Beach Towels and Beach Toys.

    For your convenience, condo also comes with a reserved, covered parking place just a few feet from the elevators.

    NOTE: OUR HOA WILL NOT LET US RENT TO ANY SINGLES UNDER 25 YEARS OLD - NO EXCEPTIONS.

Best vacation we've ever had

He had everything you needed for the beach in the condo. Sooooo clean!!!! I was extremely impressed walking in. I will be returning!!! The owner was so nice and so great with communication. I would 100% recommend this condo.

Best place to stay if you have young kids.

This place was amazing. It had everything you needed for the kids. The view from the balcony was breath taking. The beach was not crowded at all. You won't regret staying here. Definitely will be coming back.

Great Condo

We had a wonderful stay. Condo was clean and spacious. We had everything we needed. The closet with beach chairs was an extra bonus. Thank you for allowing us to stay in your condo! The balcony was fabulous and one of our favorite parts of the condo!

PCB vacation

Unit worked well, it was well equipped and we loved the large balcony. The communication was excellent. We really enjoy the Tropic Winds, it’s fairly quiet and well kept. This unit was much nicer than one we previously stayed in. Definitely coming back.

Happy sisters

My two sisters and I spent a few days for one of my sisters birthday. Condo was as advertised. Super great location. Beautiful. Well maintained. Great pool. Getting to the beach was easy. The beach chars was an awesome bonus. Really enjoyed the large patio. Will rent again.

Great condo in PCB

Our experience was great. Condo was actually better in person than in the pictures. Plenty of room for our family of 5. Really liked the location in PCB. Ate at Mike’s which is walking distance twice and it was awesome. The beach at this resort is not too crowded. No issues with check in or out. Condo was stocked with lots of beach supplies - boogie boards, toys, goggles, etc. Great stay!

Wonderful, clean, beautiful condo. Loved it

This was our first experience with a condo, we have always booked hotels. The condo was beautiful, very clean beds were great, furniture was comfortable, stocked well, had games to play and beach towels for us to use and float toys for the beach, kitchen stocked with everything for cooking and really enjoyed the Kuerig and coffee on the balcony overlooking the beach. Couldn’t have had a better view, watched dolphins and Stingray in the mornings. Thank you soo much for a wonderful place to stay! We will be back again!

Beautiful/Exceptional condo & beach!

Randy's condo was outstanding for our family of four. The condo itself provided everything we needed for a great week at the beach. The balcony was huge! Our family enjoyed eating numerous meals watching the waves. We even saw dolphins as we are breakfast on our last morning there! The beach was beautiful, clean, not crowded, and the beach chair service was a added bonus. Lastly, Randy was a great host! Check-in, check-out, and everything in between was well communicated and easy. If you get the chance, this condo is a definite 5 stars! Thank you Randy for a great stay!

Beautiful condo!

We had such a wonderful time! The condo is really nice and that balcony is huge with amazing views. The condo was very clean and comfy! Fast response from the owner when asked a few questions which was great! Would definitely recommend 👌 I do want to say the maintenance/ staff crew were on tops of things everyday keeping the property very clean. Everyone we encountered was very friendly and nice. Just wanted to acknowledge their hard work, it doesn't go unnoticed. We will return!

Girls Beach Trip

Started off a little stressed cause of the extreme tight parking deck (park across the street) & the 6 page instructions (getting the code to work) could be made simpler. Randy was very helpful. I found mold on master shower curtain & inside washer door (I’m allergic to mold), but overall a very nice condo!
