Such a beautiful condo. Very clean and comfortable. Close to everything you might need. Excellent views with the Gulf breezes in your face. Our Host was always available for any questions with quick responses. Definitely will return if in the area again. Didn't want to leave.

We had a terriffic stay for our 26th. Anniversary. The unit was very very nice and the host was available at all times. The view from the balcony is breathtaking. I would give the unit a 10 star if that existed.We look forward to a future visit.

This is a yearly return trip for us. The unit was spotless and new renovatuons were great. We had great weather for the week so views from the 17th floor were spectacular. This time of year is very nice with no crowds to deal with. A very welcome and relaxing trip. We can't wait until our next visit.

Perfect size for two couples Love having 2 bathrooms and the kitchen has so many utensils for cooking meals! Nice new furniture with very tasteful decorations. Coffee in the morning on the balcony can’t be beat.

Wonderful stay. The views were spectacular! The location was great if you like a quieter vacation away from the crowds of PCB. While it is quieter, everything you need is within a 5-10 minute drive (including a seafood market with the best fish). We also walked to Mike's for dinner and the food was incredible! The beach chair service was amazing and we used it every day. So relaxing to not have to haul umbrellas and chairs to the beach. The condo was everything we needed as a family of 4. The kitchen was stocked with everything we needed to cook. We ate most of our meals on the balcony watching the ocean and listening to the waves. We even saw dolphins from the balcony. The beds and the pillows were so comfortable and upgraded from other basic rentals we have stayed in. I saw other comments about the place needing a deep cleaning. While I agree the baseboards could use a cleaning/painting and bathroom rugs could be a different color to not show dirt, I felt very comfortable in the condo and felt like everything was clean. Thank you for a great stay!

Our stay was fantastic. The condo is beautiful, clean, spacious, and accommodating; had everything we needed. My mother enjoyed her meals and reading on the balcony at the large table. Beach chair service that’s included was wonderful. The Gulf front view did not disappoint!! I highly recommend this property and plan on staying again soon.

When we arrived, the condo was not clean, even after their cleaning company had supposedly prepared the unit for our check-in. The bedding looked unsanitary, hair all over the floor and in the shower, inch thick dust on the wall decorations and a rusty air vent. It smelled musty. The lights in the refrigerator were out. I believe it has been awhile since the owner has viewed her property. For the safety and health of my family, we refused to stay there and ended up renting another condo at the same resort. I communicated the problem with the owner and asked for any type/amount refund since her unit would be empty for the week and her VRBO ad was misleading and the photos were older photos. She refused to do anything other than send her cleaning crew out again. Another cleaning could not correct the bigger underlying problems. If I were the owner, I would have been embarrassed that a family refused to stay in my rental for the safety and health of their family.

Not luxury

Location was good and beach access is just a few steps but room needs a deep cleaning there’s was blood on curtains in master and also on the pillows there were stains on the mattress cover and a large looked like pee stain on the mattress itself. There was a large amount of dust on numerous thing that were obviously not cleaned since they were installed. The furniture was literally falling apart. The entry door could only be locked by the automatic lock and not the slide lock due to the door being kicked in at some point and it could not be closed properly due to that.

Beautiful

This was our first time staying on this end of PCB. We usually stay on Thomas Drive. Surprisingly, we loved the location. The condo is very nice and was perfect for our needs. The only issue I had is that the balcony doors are too hard to open. I had to have my son or husband open them for me, which was inconvenient because I'm usually up quite a bit earlier than everyone else and enjoy quiet mornings on the balcony. We saw a turtle, a manatee 2 mornings in a row, and even some baby sharks from our balcony! I would definitely stay here again.

Wonderful

Our vacation stay was great. We had some clogged pipes in the bathroom and some trouble with the main TV I called the owner, Somya, and she adressed the problems right away. We all had a wonderful stay there.

Not as expected

The location was great. The place was filthy. Bed spread had white stains on it. Inch of dust. Nail clippings on nightstand. Toilet was groce. Bed was broken. TV didn't work. Roku was broken. They did replace bedding and temporarily fixed the bed. Would be a great condo if it was taken care of.

Wonderful condo

Beautiful condo directly on the beach and very private. The day bed on the balcony was the best feature and so comfortable. I enjoyed the beach and hot tub, not a ton of walkable restaurants / bars but I would for sure return. Parking garage is tight if you have a large vehicle.

Convenient to town and a hreat price for on the beach accomodations.

Our one week stay couldnt have been better. Easy and responsive owner answered all of my questions. Lots of amenities including pool, hot tub, exercise, sauna and more. Close to many restaurants and walmart for shopping. Great views from 17th floor.

Great location but would recommend some deep cleaning

Overall the owner was reposive. Unfortunately I don't believe the cleaning/maintanace crew is reporting well. The location is great.

Always a great stay

This place has become a home away from home. It's very well equipped for anyone to feel at home. The location and view from the balcony are outstanding. This is our 3rd time staying at this place and we are always very happy with it. If weather is not cooperating, there are plenty of things to do just a couple miles away or just go enjoy the indoor area of the pool. The owner is very quick to reply if anything is out of sorts. We couldn't ask for more. :-)
