The condo is beautiful, clean, very spacious, has 3 balconies and a spectacular view of the gulf!The beach access is directly across the street at a crosswalk with a pedestrian right of way. From the 17th floor we could see our family at the beach and pool at all times. We felt very safe and it is conveniently located with access to BCP Parkway. The beds were comfortable, new kitchen appliances and linens are professionally cleaned off site. The owner is very responsive and proactive. We had a great family vacation!

Family Get Away

Perfect Family Vacation Rental

From the moment of booking to check out we were very impressed with the owner, property, amenities and accuracy of this listing. Pictures do not convey the view from the 2 balconies or the space in this condo. No one needed anything beyond what was here. The kitchen was well stocked with good dish ware, vacuum, and all the little things you needed. The condo was immaculately clean, there was no noise from neighbors, and the property (origins at Seahaven) was well kept and safe. The 3rd master was PERFECT for our children with a king, twin over twin bunks, and a twin trundle. The sleeper sofa was perfect, and the 2 other king masters were immaculate. We are already planning to rebook this vacation home. The communication from the owner was perfectly clear and you can tell the owner is very invested in this condo and your happiness/ well being.

Penthouse oceanfront condo!

The view took everyone's breath away; the sunsets were, by far, their favorite time of day. All the shopping and dine-in restaurants were within walking distance. The water could have been warmer and calmer; however, it was nice to be able to sit on the beach and watch the waves roll in. The condo itself was absolutely amazing; a lot of time was spent on the balconies - it was nice and relaxing. The heated pool is located on the 4th floor where a lot of time was spent as well. The owner stayed in constant communication which was great.

great place and great location

Property was very clean and convenient to beach and restaurants. Security and staff were very professional and helpful. A pleasant surprise was beach related items that were available in the unit. both balconies had great views of the beach. while I live in Panama City Beach, I booked this condo for my family to be together close to balance of wedding party. i would highly reccomend for anyone wanting to visit PCB

....For the amount of money you pay...You expect a little better attention to the property upkeep...& outdoor furniture... a/c very cold by "living room" area...needs 1 master bedroom to have chair height toilet & walk=in shower for older guests would be nice...But nice space...

We were there for a Parrothead event at Sharkeys........ We had a great time and this unit made it even more fun. After spending the day on the beach with great music we could retire to a comfortable place to unwind! We had great time with great people in a fabulous unit ....ALL GOOD!

Absolutely beautiful!

This unit was perfect! It was exactly as described and pictures are accurate, the only thing is, it is way more beautiful in person!! It was well stocked, the views were amazing! There is literally a view from ever single room! The owner was a pleasure to deal with also! I would rent again without hesitation!

Everything was as promised, and we feel that the stay at the property was worth the money. Just two things concern us: 1) There were only two elevators, and with the crowd that stayed in the condo complex, the elevators often became very slow, with frequent stops. 2) Some of the people staying in the condo did not seem very civil. In particular, there was running/shouting among children in the lobby. When I stay at condos, I sometimes like to sit in the lobby and read, and I was not able to do that this time.,

Beautiful Condo with direct ocean view and two balcony's.

This Condo is absolutely beautiful. It's at the far West End of Panama City and across the street from Sharky's. We happened to go during Spring Break and totally avoided the crowds. Lovely Penthouse!
