love the cleanliness and the decor. a couple recliners would be a nice addition. beds sleep great! kitchen is stocked well. love the remote control blinds and black out blinds. it’s our third time staying in this unit. love it close to everything. love Fireflies, Deck hands, schooners and the gran marlin. Bingo is fun at ma newbys on thursdays. Bingo at off the hook is also a fun time. love all the putt putt golf courses.

1107 is clean, organized, comfortable with incredible views. Beds were firm but comfortable. Plenty of kitchen essentials and gadgets provided. Booking was easy and communication was impressive.

Summer vacation

We brought our 5 kids ages 7-17 and their grandmother down for vacation. This condo was amazing and had plenty of room for everyone without being on top of one another. We loved the wrap around balcony

We traveled to PCB with 4 adults and 4 kids. It was the perfect size for us! It was a beautiful/clean condo with amazing views. We spotted dolphins every morning from the balcony! One of our favorite things was the table on the balcony and being able to eat meals outside. Overall it was a great trip and would stay here again!!

Awesome property

This condo is beautiful and looks just like the photos. It was also very comfortable and well appointed. The property managers were very responsive and I would definitely recommend selecting this property for your next beach vacation.

Beautiful!

Condo was very beautiful and well equipped. Beds were comfortable. So enjoyed the balcony and the views! Complex was also very nice... especially enjoyed the heated pool and hot tubs in February. Parking was convenient. The only thing that would have made it better is more comfortable seating in the family room when we curled up to watch a movie on a rainy day. Attractive, but not comfy if you want a place to rest your head and don't want to spend alot of time rearranging pillows! But still would go back!

absolutely beautiful condo with updated bathrooms and a very clean White look. Gorgeous views and comfy outside and indoor furniture. Would like a couple more chairs in den area and another lamp in king guest room. Love all the blankets and bedding is very clean and super wall decor! Love the condo thanks for sharing!

Property is beautiful. The owners went above and beyond with this condo. Appliances were up to date, including a latte maker that we enjoyed every single morning! Bedding was extremely comfortable. Showers very clean. Overall condo was beautiful and so clean. Would definitely stay here again!

Beautiful Spacious Property

We have came to PCB for years and every year we usually stay somewhere different to see which area we like best. Honestly, we look forward to staying in this beautiful property again. We came down as a multi-family and the property fit all of us with ease. The views from every angle was amazing. When we first booked we were scared it wouldn't look the pictures. But to our surprise, it looked just like the pictures and better! It was very clean, spacious and stunning. We used the outdoor seating a lot for our meals especially during our morning coffee. We loved that the kitchen was fully equipped since we made a lot of food while we were there. Everyone in the building was very nice. The building and pool area was always well maintained. The elevators were fast so we didn't have to wait very long to get on. Our only complaint was the elevators didn't have air so they were a little warm inside especially when there was a full family inside. Overall, we enjoyed our vacation and can't wait to come back to stay in this property again next year! Thank you for an amazing stay in your beautiful condo!

Panama City Paradise

Absolutely stunning!!! The luxurious Gulf front condo was extremely clean, well maintained and had everything we needed for an awesome vacation. It was welcoming and comfortable and everyone in our family enjoyed their stay. From check-in to check-out, it was an amazing experience!

AMAZING

This condo far exceeded our expectations. The entire place was incredible. From the electric blinds in every room to the top of the line "Cafe" appliances. This condo had all the essentials for cooking and storage. We love this unit and will book it the next time we are in Florida. The view from the wrap around balcony is extraordinary. If I could give it 10 stars I would!!!!!!!!!!

Amazing

Can’t say enough positives about this place. The condo was beautiful and just like the pictures. The view was breathtaking. Communication with owners was timely and friendly. No issues what so ever. I would also add besides the condo the whole condominium complex was nice…staff was friendly, staff was always cleaning common areas and there was even security guards walking around so that you always felt safe and if an emergency came up there would be some to help. I would definitely recommend and if I’m back in PCB would absolutely stay here again.

Amazing!

We absolutely enjoyed our stay at this location. The pictures are beautiful and still don't do the actual view justice. The views were breathtaking every single day. Access to the beach day and in the evening was very easy and comfortable. This was a quiet location during the time of our stay and we loved it. Plenty to do in the area, just a drive away from Pier Park, Rosemary Beach, excursions, and many great restaurants. We will be coming back!

Beautiful place with stunning views!

We were absolutely blown away by how absoluely beautiful this condo was! The pictures definitely don't do it justice! There are views around 3 sides of the condo, awesome pools and the staff at the front desk were great with recommendations of things to do. We would 100% book this place again and we've already recommended it! Thank you for making my 50th a memorable one!

Perfect

This condo was top of the line. Gorgeously appointed, had EVERY appliance and accessory needed for the entire trip and the view was killer! The owners left a gift box which was just the cherry on top! Other than not being able to access the condo due to a triathlon road closure, the vacation was perfect. Property management company was responsive and the building staff was super helpful. Just an fyi….there are no seasonings or coffee allowed to be kept onsite so purchase those when you make your Publix run! I would stay here again and again and again. Definitely a five star stay!

The condo was perfect! So clean and beautiful! I read a previous review that noted how it was “even more beautiful than the pics” and I didn’t believe it until I showed up! No picture can do it justice! Also had everything we could have needed and then some!

Amazing!!!!!

It was absolutely amazing and the layout was perfect for our family. The owners thought of everything! Loved the oversized wrap around balcony - the views were incredible with all the floor to ceiling windows. Highly recommend this beautiful condo and without a doubt would stay here again!
