Wow !! Absolutely stunning condo we loved everything about this condo. It’s very spacious and roomy . Location is great . Very beautiful decor. Will definitely be back to this condo. The host was great to work with. Loved it 🥰

Great trip

Great trip! Started off with an email that said our room was ready to check in early. Soo nice after driving for hours to be able to get right in. 10/10 water pressure in the shower which is a huge deal when you have 4 daughters washing their hair after the beach every day. Comfortable beds, nice TVs, love the included beach chair rentals. The ice machine/ freezer wasn’t working properly and the property manager switched it out to a new one while we were at the beach (with our permission to enter) came back in to a new fridge. Awesome, attentive care for guests.

Our family stayed in Long Beach Tower One, 13th floor. Condo was a great size for the 10 of us. It was clean, furniture very comfortable and overall beautiful! We had a great week and used the beach chairs daily which is an added plus! Easy Check in and Check out couldn't have been simpler. We highly recommend Long Beach Resort and this condo. Also, nice easy walk to Pineapple Willys from the beach.

Need better communication

It was ok except we lost all our food cause refrigerator wasn't working properly and eventually quit working. When I communicated thru vrbo about fridge i got no response, thus losing on groceries and expensive leftovers from restaurants. I did call prop owner directly and he tried to help somewhat i guess. He was more worried about his fridge than our stay and lost. Some of faucets were really loose, hard to get water temp right. Hole in the floor in kitchen, garbage from previous renter behind dresser. Not likely I'll use vrbo again unless i have to. Not responsive to renters needs. It would be hard to leave a good review for vrbo. Too much lost this trip.

Awesome place

This unit is a great place for family. Very clean and modern. Out of the 12 years we have been coming, this is the nicest and cleanest unit we have stayed in. The rooms and large and the views are awesome. We woll request requst this unit again!

Very Disappointed

The location is great, but the condo was very dirty. The floors were most disgusting. Your feet were black in minutes of walking barefoot. The kitchen countertops were not clean. The exhaust fans in all 3 bathrooms sounded like chain saws running, very noisy. Two of the 4 light bulbs in one of the bathrooms was burnt out. This condo definitely needs some TLC.

Issues

We enjoyed our stay very much. There was just a few issues. The shower with the King size bed, did not drain, you were standing in water the entire time. And for the next person to shower. Both of the sinks faucet did not turn off easily. The lamp in the living room, the bulb was out. We took one out of the laundry room, it had two.

Great condo

Incredible views, comfortable beds and couch. Check in was smooth, fast elevator’s. Only recommendation is some board games for bad weather days and some spices for kitchen. Had a great time!

Clean and comfy

We have 10 people staying, kids and adults had a great time. Balcony had a beautiful viee of thr beech. Beech/pool access was very easily accessable. Central to lots of shopping, and we partically liked walking to Pineapple Willie's. It was close to everything we needed. Beds were comfortable.

Great family vacation

Pros: excellent location, beautiful pools, Hangout grill food is excellent, view from balcony is amazing, nice deck furniture, friendly workers, fast elevators, room decor and furniture nice, kitchen well supplied Cons: floors left feet black, floors sandy upon arrival, needs a good spring cleaning, all decor was extremely dusty, front two bedrooms stayed hot

Fun

Clean unit. Wonderful condo chain. One heated pool at tower 1. Cool lagoon pool with tiki hut with food. Safe. Beds comfy. Lots of room.

Only 2 complaints

My sister and her husband stayed in the first bedroom when you come. Her comment was that the drain in the bathroom sink did not work. And one of the beds had a low place in it that was not comfortable. Overall, we love staying in the condo. We have stayed in this unit multiple times and really enjoy the space.

Perfect family vacation

We travel to PCB 2-3 times a year and this is one of the best resorts we have stayed. No wait on the elevator. our condo was great and had nice large rooms and bathrooms. We would definitely stay in this condo again.

Had a wonderful time!

Property was perfect for our group of 9. Clean and had ample supply of cookware and dishes. New refrigerator! Nice to have washer and dryer in the unit, too. This is our second stay at this resort and we couldn’t be happier!

It was a great location and nice. However, the dishwasher doesn’t work and a pipe in laundry room dripped water constantly in the floor. Cleaning could have been better in bathrooms.
