  • Free Beach Chair/Umbrella Service (March 1-October 31) Exterior Construction Improvements around the resort will be on-going through March 2026. This beautiful, completely remodeled Gulf front condo is truly a coastal oasis! King Master Bedroom overlooks the Gulf of Mexico! The kitchen has been completely updated with granite countertops and stainless-steel appliances. It has an open floor plan and a spacious balcony with breathtaking views of the white sandy beaches located here on the Emerald Coast. The queen sleeper sofa makes into a bed which allows this condo to sleep 4 comfortably. The resort offers a fitness center, hot tubs, three resort pools, poolside bar and grill and a grilling area for you to enjoy! Condo 4-1202 is located in Tower 4 on the 12th floor. The age requirement to rent this condo is 25.

Perfect Anniversary vacation

The condo was beautiful, just like the pictures. We spent every morning and evening on the huge balcony, enjoying the gorgeous view. Having the lounge chairs and umbrella was a huge perk and we loved spending our days on the beach. Any time I had a question, Farah was so quick to respond. We couldn't ask for a better vacation!

This property was perfect! A two-week stay here was our home away from home. Looking forward to staying here next year! The condo was perfectly updated and the host kept in great communication.

Long Beach Resort condo

We loved our stay in Panama City Beach. The Condo was beautiful, clean, on the beach, and convenient to stores and restaurants. We could hear the waves from the condo, which for me was an added Bonus!

Clean, well decorated, with a great view. Complex is well maintained and right in the center of old Panama City Beach action. Large bathroom was a plus.
