Horrible Sliding Glass Door

Overall, we were happy with our stay but when you looked close you started to notice how the unit was not cleaned very well at all. We always had to wear shoes or else our feet were black from all the dirt on the floor and not being properly cleaned. My kids and myself were never able to open the main sliding glass door that leads out to the balcony. It was impossible for us all except my husband. If we wanted to access our balcony, we had to use the side doors from each of the bedrooms. It was extremely frustrating! I've stayed at Longbeach Resort on 3 other family trips and this was the only time I can remember being so frustrated with something like this! It definitely needs replaced asap!! Other than that, the beds were comfortable and the views are amazing!

This property is beautiful!

We have vacationed at Long Beach before, and it’s our preferred place to stay. This unit is beautifully decorated and well equipped. The balcony is perfect with great furniture and there is no place better to enjoy morning coffee. The bedrooms are perfect, the living area is very comfortable, and the kitchen has great appliances and is well lit. The unit definitely has an upscale beach-feel and is very comfortable and inviting. We would love to stay in this condo again.

Great location…condo needs some TLC though

Great location! Great condo layout! Entry door frame not solid and no deadbolt. Exhaust fan in second bathroom didn’t work. Washing machine had mold on seal and wouldn’t come off when I tried to clean it.

Long Beach Condo

Condo was very pretty and decorated in good taste. Our condo was clean also. The 8th floor is perfect for privacy and relaxation! We would definitely stay there again!

Lovely Relaxing Stay

Thank you for sharing this comfortable property with us. My young adult son and I met some family here ( they stayed in tower 2)and we were able to relax in this clean, well appointed condo. I was surprised at how quiet the towers were. And having stayed in Panama City at a nearby condo, we had no problems with slow or overcrowded elevators. Overall great experience!

Great condo

We have stayed at long Beach before. Great condos including the one we just stayed. Parking is very convenient, elevators are fast, always functioning and no long waits. Location is the best. Our condo was nicely decorated, nice furniture inside and on the balcony. Would definitely stay in this condo again. Nice kitchen and has the necessities. Contact was always prompt on questions.

Condo review

This condo was exactly as advertised in the pictures. The manager was great! Upon arrival I noticed there wasn’t any bath mats & the skillets were a little old. I mentioned this to the manager & told her it wouldn’t hinder our stay at all. But that afternoon when we returned to our condo there was a new set of skillets & bath mats! The beds were comfortable & we really liked having the beach chairs & umbrella included with the condo. The only suggestions I would make is to do a little work on the balcony door so it’s not so difficult to open & regrout the tiles in the kitchen. Other than that, great stay at this condo!

Always a GREAT stay at Long Beach!

This was our second time staying at Long Beach resort in as many years and it has been nothing but a great experience. The check-in was very easy and the security guard when you first pull in is very helpful. The condo was amazing with the spacious balcony and with each bedroom with its own door to the balcony and a huge window looking over the ocean and the beautiful beaches. Let me tell you, I know it's hard looking for hours on end for the best place to stay on your vacation. This was our annual get away during winter break and I knew this was the right place when we walked into our condo and they see the rooms and the views and say "WOW". Thanks again for another great winter break!!!

If you want a clean condo this is NOT it!!!!!

This condo was dirty! The carpet was nasty and the vents had mold! The kitchen floor was sticky!! You could not use the door in the bedroom to the balcony the knob did not work, the TV in same bedroom the speakers were busted and you heard a buzzing noise the whole tome. This was a not cleaned per covid restrictions, I had to clean this condo before we would stay there. We would have found another pace if anything else was available. If I owned this condo I would be ashamed to have people stay here. I have pictures to prove and will be on yelp.
