Wonderful place!

It was beautiful! Quite, next door to local grocery store, very short walk to Thomas Donuts! I had never stayed across the road from the beach before, it was a good experience, will definitely stay here again. It is away from all the hustle and bustle! Loved this end of the beach!

Location was good! 3rd floor was a bit too much! Too many trips up and down! Beach access was a trek! Up and down the dunes! 3 times in the morning and 3 times in the evening.

PCB football tournament

We really enjoyed our stay the only thing that we had a problem with is that it wasn't stated that there isn't an elevator. I know it's a smaller complex but my husband is disabled and struggled with getting up and down the stairs. Thankfully he isn't in a wheelchair or we would've really been in trouble. The condo was beautiful and it's so nice to be close to the beach and a grocery store right there. The only issue was not knowing there wasn't an elevator.

Excellent Spot for Family

My mother in law & I booked this spot for us to take my 7 yr old daughter to the beach for a few days! We loved the condo! It’s just as beautiful in person as it is in the photos! It’s very clean and it had everything we needed for our stay! Everything has been updated inside. The unit is on the 3rd floor with no elevator but the view is fantastic!

The owner has made some upgrades to the unit, however it still needs improvements. The location was great and the kitchen utensils were stocked. The upstairs bathroom needs a update and was not shown in the listing. Water also pools up around your feet when you shower. I couldn’t get the channel to change in the upstairs loft and the linens on top of the bed need to be washed as they were stained.

Some of the condos here that were meant for 6 or 7 people had 15 packed in them so small area at pool very crowded at times .i hate it when people think k rules do t apply . I do realize all condos are owned by different people and you can’t control this . It was uncorfortable sometimes . I love Bri g at a small complex and not waiting on elevators

Great location and clean!

This property is in a great location if your looking for the quiet side of the beach but still a few minutes to pier park. Clean unit with everything you need. They even have a keurig. Thomas donut shop is a couple of blocks away and there is a grocery store right next door. Only thing I would recommend is getting the ice maker fixed (provided ice trays though) and add egg crate or memory foam mattress topper for master bed. It was hard. Overall this is a great property and I will rent this unit again.
