The condo was absolutely gorgeous!! Tonya was so easy to work with and very attentive. All of the little details and perks of this condo were amazing!! The only downside which I know is not in anyway controlled by Tonya was the Beach service guys who got drunk everyday and there were 2 fights between them and guests. One was an actual fight, guy got punched.

Family Vacay 2025

This room does not disappoint. It was very clean and inviting. The views were spectacular from the balcony. Communication with the host was easy. Check in and out were also easy. I would recommend this property to my friends.

PCB April 2025 Stay

This property is the best I’ve seen in PCB since coming for the last 5 years for the Seabreeze Jazz Festival. It is wonderfully decorated with attention to detail on the decorations but also amenities that are very helpful to guests. I even took away decorating tips for my house! It is also walking distance to Pier Park which has nice restaurants and points of interest. I had an issue with the lock upon arrival (probably operator error) but the owner was very responsive and understanding with quick resolution.I highly recommend this property if it is available. You’ll feel at home away from home!

Great place to stay!

The condo was perfect for us! Great location, great communication with property manager, condo was exceptionally clean and provided everything and more that we needed. We loved the private parking spot. I highly recommend staying here. We will most definitely stay again. Also came with beach chair rentals for the week.

2025 Spring Break

Beautifully decorated condo! Excellent location for shopping, dining, and fishing! Beach set up and parking were a huge plus! We have never been on vacation and slept in beds that were so comfortable that we didn’t miss home! Love this place and will definitely go back soon!!

Perfect location, clean

We loved our stay in Tonya's unit! The attention to detail and decor was perfect. The only critique I'd have is that the amount of decoration can be a challenge if you have toddlers staying with you. Other than, wonderful!

Very Clean and Perfect Location

This rental was our favorite of all the Calypso rentals we’ve had. It was very clean and beautifully decorated. Within walking distance of Pier Park made it easy to venture out without driving. It had lots of extra items to make our stay more comfy. We give it 5 stars!

Home away from home!

This was our 4th visit to PCB and this was our favorite condo. The cleanliness of the condo was unlike any other we've experienced. Not a cobweb or sticky fingerprint to be found! The patio furniture was abundant and comfortable. The beds were top notch! The condo was very well stocked with everything that we needed during our stay and the owner was very easy to reach. Under the building parking - can't be overstated on how convenient it was compared to parking across the street. It truly felt like home away from home!

Kids said it best…. “Best vacation ever!”

The condo was decorated like it was out of a magazine. It was so welcoming, clean, and roomy. The beds and sheets were amazing! The owners put thought and love into every detail and we only needed to buy food to stock the pantry & fridge because it had everything you needed. Location was perfect as well. We loved the private parking space and walked to dinner and shopping everyday. Check-in was flawless as the owners provided all the details in a single email. We loved our private chairs and umbrella set out by the staff daily and the very nice extra chairs for the kids that the owners provided. We saved room in our car by not even bringing beach towels as they provided the perfect Turkish towels. Loved the early check-in time that allowed us to get on that beach earlier and settle in. Can’t say enough about this property, location, or owners!

Wonderful First time Spring Break In PCB ! Absolutely the best Condo with Wonderful views!!

This was our first time at PCB and definitely wont be the last! My sons a Jr in high school and wanted to come down cause his friends was going for the week so we look on vrbo and went with the calypso. Best choice we ever made!! The condo itself was amazing more then well furnished and beautifully decorated!! Felt like home away from home. Our friends from another floor came up and wanted to stay with us😅. The views and the whole stay was just the best! Can't wait to book again for next year. The Boggs have one amazing condo and was blessed to stay there.

Spring Break with the Family

My wife and 3 children enjoyed our stay at this very homey feeling condo. The condo is located within walking distance to many restaurants and shops along with being super close to Russell Fields Pier. Not having to pack beach chairs was fantastic and not having to find parking every time we left was equally fantastic. The owners had very specific instructions that helped the check-in and check-out process to go very smoothly. The condo was well-stocked with all that we needed. Thank you for allowing us to use your home for the week.

Amazing Condo and Location

Condo was absolutely perfect. Owners were very accommodating to us. My husband and I had a wonderful relaxing time celebrating our 30th anniversary here. Location is absolutely perfect to everything.

Why must we pay a cleaning fee

Condo is lovely myself and my 8 year old child have asthma the condo is dusty from head to toe even then when sent the check in and out instructions I was given a humongous list of responsibilities to fulfill before we leave wash all towels and fold wash all sheets this is not listed anywhere when you reserve the house might I add its obscene to pay a Cleaning fee to arrive at a dirty condo have to do all the laundry as well I will never book this place again and it's a real shame because the property is gorgeous but I came on a family vacation Not to be sick because of dust in a condo and not to be a maid

Great condo!

This is a fantastic condo! We’ve never stayed at a condo where so many essentials were included (TP, garbage bags, dish soap, dishwasher pods, laundry pods, etc,). Tonya & Mitch are really great hosts!!!
