Wunderschöner Familienaufenthalt

Die Wohnung war exakt wie auf den Bildern bzw. der Beschreibung erwähnt! Schöne Ausstattung, Küche vollständig bestückt, tolle Bäder, wunderschöne Aussicht vom Balkon! Kidspool, Whirlpool, Fitnesscenter, bequemer Strandzugang - unsere Kinder (14,10 und 8) und wir waren begeistert!

Great family vacation

Only issues is the elevator was broken to the condo. The walk is horrible. Someone tried to hit my husband with water bottles from top floor. Security no help... Toilet was running " my husband fixed it.. Cover to master bed smelled bad, however with the washing machine that was no problem. Would diffently stay again if the elevator is working.

Great location. Walking distance for restaurant and shopping. We didn’t get in our car but twice.

It was easy. We have rented with Vrbo before. We usually travel with my husbands sister and brother and there spouse’s. One of our best ones yet. Planning our next visit soon.

Great Spot for family Vacations

Great Condo! We loved the spacious master and master bathroom. The view of the beach was great, kitchen. Appliances and furniture all very comfortable. We were a little disappointed in the kids pool (1 of 4 pools on the property) did not look like the picture: water guns were broken, slide had been removed and animals were falling apart. Having said that the kids didn’t care and still had a blast. Nice easy walk to the beach. Owner was very responsive with needs as we had a little trouble with the door lock. Great stay for the price.

Fantastic Place

The owner was very responsive to all my questions prior to arrival. Check-in was seamless. The space itself was large, clean, and had a good view of the beach. The property was just a short walk across the street and right next to various food options and Walmart. Would highly recommend.

Panama City Beach - Laketown Warf

We picked a condo on the 16th floor. I thought I would just avoid getting close to the patio railing since I have a fear of heights. However, entry into your condo was very uncomfortable. As the walkway is outside and has open railing. I used the elevator closest to the condo to avoid prolonged exposure to the open railings. Had I known, I would have chosen a lower level condo. The traffic, parking and Walmart were absolutely packed on day one. To avoid the hustle and bustle, I strongly suggest choosing WalMart’s delivery option and order groceries. If you must make the trip, I suggest a beach cart! It comes in handy lugging the groceries up the elevators. Schedule at least 15 for the elevator ride. With 21 floors, the wait/ride is long. Our visit was in July. The beach and water is packed. Early morning is the best time to avoid the beach crowd. If you are hoping to reserve chairs/umbrellas, they sell out quickly. Price is reasonable. My suggestion is to check out the clarity of the beach water from the balcony and pick your spot, before heading down. The darker areas indicate thick seaweed. Though it’s harmless, it does fill your swimsuit. Our condo was 1609, it is very nicely decorated and has everything you need for a wonderful vacation. Pineapple Willy’s is a great place to enjoy a frozen drink and light breeze. The Warf Seafood restaurant was delicious. They could have had more options for the $60/person. Harpoon Harry’s was wonderful!! They offer seating beachside or indoors and the food was great and priced right. Overall, we had a great vacation in PCB.

Family Vacay 2022

Amazing Place. Except the Elevators. Plan for it.

Everything is incredible about the room, location, view. It is a great place. Now the elevators. They are very slow, small, and some elevators don't go to all the floors due to broken buttons. On a busy night it wasn't out of character to wait 20-30 min (OR MORE) for an elevator that wasn't full. Plan to leave early for your dinner, the beach, or whatever. The elevators change your whole vacation.

The owners were very quick to respond to any questions I had. The unit was very clean and nicely decorated. We had plenty of room and the views were fantastic! I was also glad the owners provided a beach wagon since we had to leave ours behind. The only thing I wasn’t crazy about was the washer in the unit was too noisy to run while we were asleep and the elevators at Laketown seem to get worse all the time. There was a lot of waiting for an elevator and a long walk from the unit to the parking garage. All in all, we were pleased with our stay.
