We had a spontaneous 2-night stay during spring break. I had completely zoned out about what spring break meant, but it turned out to not be a problem, except for some traffic. The condo is small, but clean and comfortable. Because our trip was so short, we didnt use a lot, but the bed was comfortable, the shower was great, and the living room TV worked great. That's all we needed. The view from the balcony was the best, but you have to be on the beach or patio for the sunset. I only saw the one pool between the two bldgs and it was very nice but not used much because it was cold. I really appreciated the security. With masses of young people and police everywhere, security did a great job of protecting all gated access, vehicle and pedestrian. There were people trying to come in behind renters/residents. Also, the police were protecting the beach, so zero concerns on the beach. It was beauiful and we had a great time with modest crowds. The AC wasn't great but the temp was moderate so we were fine with the box fan in the wardrobe. Ceiling fan over bed is not secure and shook badly so we didnt use it. Nice fan in living room. As noted, you pay extra for parking (35 one time) and amenities bracelets (6/person). Security is watching and checking for bracelets as you go on and off beach, so not just for pool and gym. Said complimentary beach service, but not sure about that? We paid for loungers and did not see any beach gear or towels. Unsure?
