  • Pelican patiently waits for some fish scraps from the user of a man cleaning his fish. There are 2 piers in Panama and both cost $3 to walk them. The one closest to Pier Park is further out into the Gulf so it's more worth it if you can only do 1 pier. They do stamp your hand so you can go on and off it all day. On the pier a lot of people fish so watch for them hooks. From what I was told to fish in Florida you need a salt water and a fresh water licence in order to fish in the different waters. There are also signs posted on the pier about how to handle a situation if sea turtles get caught.

Perfect location

We loved our stay and the condo is in a perfect location! Only a couple of things that could improve…there was only one roll of toilet paper, no extra trash bags, and the door does not latch without pulling it closed! We usually caught it, but one night we didn’t, and security woke us up at 1am. While I’m super grateful that they noticed it, it was still a little startling! Would absolutely stay here again!

Awesome Beach Front Condo

This condo was exactly as shown. It was clean, had everything we needed to cook and the balcony view was beautiful! The pools, hot tub and easy access to the beach were perfect. The location was nice; walking distance to a few restaurants and close to Walmart for groceries. The only improvement I'd suggest is with the communication on the checkin process. It wasn't clear that we should look for the Majestic condos and that we'd get checkin instructions from security in the parking garage. Once we worked through that, it was smooth sailing! Overall, this place was awesome and we'll be back again!!

Beautiful Location

Great first trip to PCB! Pros: clean room, great location, beautiful view from the 18th view, master bed was comfy, ac worked great, loved having the washer and dryer in the unit, kitchen had everything we needed, jetted bathtub was a hit for my boys. Cons: one of the elevators quit working on day 2 of our trip and that made it terrible going from room down to the beach/pool for the day, security wasn't what the reviews describe as we noticed several people without their wristbands on and nothing was done about it. Couch bed needs to be replaced as you can fill the springs when laying down on it, for my kids it wasn't bad but I would not recommend this sleeping arrangement for an adult. Living room fan wasn't working, no balcony light. TIP for wanting to check out equipment for the activity center you must have an ID, your wrist band isn't enough and they do not have tennis rackets or tennis balls for this activity. Overall, I would recommend this place to stay.

Beautiful view

The view is beautiful. I usually don’t write reviews but had some issues. The bathroom shower had hair in it. No I don’t call the owner I cleaned it. You really need a regular size coffee pot not a 4 cup one. You need kitchen towels to use at least one would be nice. The dryer took over 3 hours to dry 4 towels. The kitchen cabinet doors need to be fix 2 of them are falling off. The porch light is out. The living room fan doesn’t work.

Love the condo

We loved staying here! The view was amazing. The condo was clean. However my husband and I were planning to use the pull out bed since our children slept in the room. We checked in a little later and when we went to get our bed ready there were not any sheets or blankets available for the pull out. We contacted the property manager but did not receive them until our 2nd day there. Other than that it was perfect!

View was incredible!

Me and my husband spent our honeymoon at this condo. It was lovely! The view was absolutely to die for. I spent every morning drinking coffee on the balcony listening to the ocean and watching the waves. The resort itself was very nice, but they do need another elevator. Normally it wasn't too bad, but weekends are awful on the elevator. The condo itself was clean and comfy. Only small detail that I would change would be them leaving a few more consumables. Specifically, it would have been nice to have an extra roll of toilet paper and a little soap in the kitchen. Overall all though, I could not have asked for a better place for my honeymoon! I will definitely try to stay here again in the future!

easy check in and out and pretty views

Stay was great. The view was beautiful. Security and their rules for the pool were disappointing. My kids were not allowed to play with pool toys in the pool.... Neither were floats allowed in the pool. This was frustrating because we chose this place because they had multiple pools and my kids love the pool. Communication could have been a little better I did call and leave a message and never received a call back. But overall we enjoyed our stay.

Nice getaway

When we arrived, it looked like someone stayed in our room or that it wasn’t cleaned- bed was a mess, floors sandy, papers and trash everywhere- but we called management and it was cleaned and bed sheets changed within the hour. They even gave us a $50 gift certificate for the inconvenience. Everything was wonderful- my only complaint was the realllyyy slow elevators but I think there were some events the week we stayed cos the weekend we left it was QUIET and not busy at all!! Over all, really great stay!
