Beautiful condo!

Thank you for letting us stay at your condo. The views were spectacular and the cleanliness was impeccable. We went for a long weekend and wish we stayed longer!! I can be a little weird with sleeping on other peoples beds but that comforter was life! Purchasing one for my bed at home!!! Highly recommended for a beach getaway!

Clean property. Very nice overall. Just some aspects of it could be better such as the bed in the master bedroom. Could use a little improvement here and there but over all pleased with rental property.

Awesome stay

We really enjoyed our time at this location. The room was clean and provided all amenities needed. We had great communication with owners/property management. We only had one little hiccup with being sent two different codes for the door but once we figured that we were good to go. We did notice that the outlet on the balcony is in need of repair but other than that everything was great!!!

Rating Details: The property manager was adequately helpful. The vacation rental was somewhat dirty. I was very happy with the location. I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: My husband and I spent a few hrs cleaning,we went to purchase cleaning supplies , especially the floors .There was no vacuum or mop!! By the time I was able to get in touch with the management company, they told me it was too late to have our cleaning fees refunded!! The dishes were minimal , rusted, and scratched up ,,need to be replaced.bathrooms need updating... Bed was nice/ comfy . View is amazing

Second day still not cleaned. Room wasn’t cleaned till 2:00pm that day.

Majestic tower 1606 through Benchmark

Rating Details: The property manager was somewhat unhelpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We were there for only two days. There was suppose to be a parking pass in the room. There was not!! We dealt with this issue for over 3 hours. According to Benchmark the parking was included with our rental price, it was not we had to pay for the parking and I was told by benchmark 3 times that it was included. We were instructed to put a note in the window to keep our vehicle from being towed. Like this was really a good solution !! Security said it was not... security called benchmark and got the same story we got. Security helped us pay for the parking so we would not get towed. The hassle was not worth it. We were so stressed out and exhausted from the 8 hour drive then dealing with the parking. Room was nice and comfortable but I would Not stay here again!

This was our second time in this same condo and it is a really great place to stay! It was clean and the air conditioner is nice and cold! The check in and out process was a breeze and Benchmark kept in contact via text throughout the whole process. You just can’t beat the beautiful view from the balcony! This place was very cozy and we can’t wait to come back soon!

Best beach stay ever. Perfect place for a smaller family

Amazing views. Elevators were surprisingly fast considering there's 20 something floors. Aneliya was as good as a host gets. She literally got back to me with 5 minutes on everything. I can now see why her reviews were so good. Great host!!!! 5 stars for sure!!!

The place was crazy busy!! Took forever to find a parking spot and find where we were going.

This place was crazy busy. Spent HOURS waiting on the elevators this place was to busy for all of us people at once!! I was told this location was within walking distance to the pier and all the shopping locations ….that was NOT the case at all unless you want to walk for hours. Couldn’t sit on the balcony as well as the beach for the pot knocking you down. I’m fairly certain everyone was smoking all around us! The pools were closed inside as well as out due to storms moving in most days. This. Place was a big inconvenience walking from the vehicle to the room especially with kids. Beautiful view but will have to say I would. It be back to this location.

Great stay

Condo was nice and pictures are accurate. Great for a small family. Elevators were fast even with a busy beach week. The water was perfect all week. We had a great time.

Great beach condo

Perfect condo with all the amenities needed for a great beach experience. Well stock kitchen including a blender for those special drinks. Amazing views of the beautiful emerald waters and even witnessed a couple of beach weddings from the balcony

Exceeding Expectations!

Our stay in this condo at Majestic exceeded our expectations! The place was modern, CLEAN, and had everything we needed for our vacation. Appliances, dishes, utensils/cookware, plenty of towels, spare sheets, washer/dryer…the list goes on! We had easy access to the main road, beach and all amenities at Majestic. The staff was so kind and our condo was easy to find. We've stayed in many Air BnB's and this one stuck out to us. We will definitely be back!
