We had to completely clean the room before we could even unpack. Room smelled horrid. We stripped, laundered and dried all bedding. Cleaned bathrooms, toilets, lavatories, appliances, dishes, etc., swiffered and swept all floors. Then used FeBreeze throughout. The front door of the unit looked like it had been hit with a battering ram! NONE of the furniture was comfortable. We even bought a foam topper for one bed. We left the unit much better than we found it. Know your owner!!

Condo was nice, but the furnishings and the upkeep on the inside leave a lot to be desired. Will not be renting this unit again.

1. globe on ceiling fixture in hall missing 2. couch in living area in horrible shape, needs to be replaced 3. ice maker will make ice but will not dispense 4. queen bed very uncomfortable/spring broken 5. toilet paper holder in MBath broken 6. all chairs for big table on deck broken 7. need new flatwear...only 4 butter knives, little sprucing up would help and I would suggest getting keurig.

Air conditioner only worked 3 of the 7 days

I would never book here again. The A/C only worked 3 of our 7 days. They kept telling us to do a reset (which never worked) and sent an A/C company out twice. As a property owner I would have made sure the company fixed the A/C correctly the 1st time. It’s miserable to come in from the pool/beach to a HOT room. We had to leave a night early because we could stand it anymore. There was no refund…only a message to say we will send the A/C company again…

Only large space

I’m f you are looking for space, it’s good. The furnitures are mix matched and old. The sofa bed mattress have blood stains. Showerhead in master have mold around it. Light cover in ceiling cracked and kitchen light bulb not working. We asked the man to come fix it, instead, they came by the next day doing some a/c maintenance. No one addressed or respond about the light. The kitchen is sorely lacking. Burnt trays, nothing matched. Cracked/scratched bowls and mugs.

Excellent expierence from the time we booked the stay til we left! Communication is amazing! Condo was very clean and cozy! The views from the Balcony were wtunning as we could watch dolphins in the mornings. Close walk to pier park restraunts and shopping. Would defenitly stay again!

Satisfactory Stay

We had a great week in this unit. The area was perfect. This condo unit is definitely ready for some upgrades and a fresh paint job. The couch was very worn and not comfortable to sit on. The floor and rug were very dirty. The outside patio furniture needs to be replaced. All chairs were broken except one. The kitchen utensils and cookware need to be replaced. We would love to come back, but hope attention to these details get taken care of before returning.

Good family vacation regardless of hurricane

We had a great time at your condo.. the bedrooms were perfect for adults.. only problem was not enough room in living area to watch tv… Suggestions only.. I would love to see a lounger or something to relax and read on balcony. Need new pans for frying… and would be nice to have Rubbermaid containers to put leftovers in. Keurig vs. big coffee maker Would be nice.

Very old furnitures and dirty beds.

I have been traveling for 10 years but this is my first time socked because the owner never change the bed and pillow covers, sofa is too dirty never been washed, towels are older than my ages. I don't know why the owner don't want to change them to make customers feel safe when they stay. We didn't sit on the sofa, and we used our towels to cover the bed to sleep.

Enjoyed condo. Was kinda disappointed only one bedroom was ocean view but Enjoyed balcony. Make sure to use placemats on kitchen table or everything sticks to the table. Always love staying at aqua condo

Not what I expected the condo to look like based on pictures of condo on website, uncleanliness

Condo was not what I expected for it to be for the amount of Money we paid. Pictures of furniture on website was not same furniture in actual condo. Bed sizes different from what the description said and we didn’t realize that until we had already gotten in the condo and stuff put away. I do not plan on staying at this facility or condo again. Thank you.

Location was good. Air conditioner gave out after second , but they got repair man there next day. Everything else was fine except they had washer and dryer replaced while we were there. Would have been nice to be informed that they were going to show up.

Family Vacation

My family enjoyed the overall stay. We did book last minute so it may of had something to do with the overall cleanliness and other things. Furniture was wore down in living room and the TV did not work. Only 2 of the TVs actually had cable. Overall upkeep was poor, rusted racks in bathroom, the second bedroom with a full bathroom, had leaking water and mold we had to clean up when arriving. None of the decor was set up, it was either in the closets or pushed under the entrainment center. A lot of dust and dirty baseboards. Main bathroom had water damage around toilet and had rotting wood. The WiFi did not work. All of the gate access codes to get in and out of the pool Nd beach did not work. The refrigerator was still dirty. There was nothing that ruined our trip by any means but expected a little more from such a nice resort. We did visit during the off season on Christmas so again this may of had something To do with everything.

What a great space to relax and enjoy the beach. Great location. Quick responses to any miscellaneous questions we had during our stay. We would stay again. Definitely recommend.
