This is a BEAUTIFUL place!!. Very clean and has enough room for about 10ppl. They have a bunch of extra pillows in the closet, Plus it has plenty of beach chairs and sand bucket and shovels. We all had an amazing time. It's beachfront and wheelchair assessible to the ocean and to the condo. They also have an indoor pool, 2 outdoor pools with hot tubs on each side of the hotel. They also have a fitness center with 2 big hot tubs. A movie theater and an arcade room. Down the road they have pier, Goofy Golf (a mini golf place) Its amazing. They have a place called Monkey Shack. Thats where me and my family got all our T-Shirts and souvenirs. In the condo they have all the dishes, pots, and pans that you would need. A coffee maker, all the utensils youll need. Plenty of towels & shampoo & conditioner. They also have a fan. I was so thankful for the fan bc me and my husband cant sleep without one. Also they have access to the balcony from the bedroom too. The first night we left the door cracked so we could listen to the waves in the ocean. The ocean has so many shells in the sand too!. Plus the water is so clear with white sand!. The owner stayed in contact with us the entire time, and gave us their personal cell incase we needed to contact them. Their a very nice couple. We will definitely be coming back!.

Condo was great but

The resort isn't kept up or clean and it's getting a little ruff. Lots of sketchy people. If you're on the middle floors, then the elevators are a 15 to 25 min wait. My thought is raise the prices, to weed out the sketchy crowd and hire more cleaning crew. Also if you are on floors 10 thru 23, catch the elevator on the way up, it's way faster..

Perfect getaway

Absolutely beautiful! The view is exactly as shown and worth it. Beach access and all the amenities at the resort made our trip wonderful. We will be back! The condo was indeed cozy.

Immediately felt relaxed the moment we walked in the door!

The week we spent at 1702 Tidewater was absolutely the best! The room was immaculate and you immediately felt at home the moment you walked in the door. It was clean and well kept and had everything and more that we could’ve asked for! The condo was extremely well furnished and truly felt like home away from home. The owner and his family were the kindest people and truly made us welcome from the moment we booked. We will never stay anywhere else on future trips to Panama City! Already counting down the days until we can return! You will not regret booking this condo for your next stay!

Great location. Only issue was that a number of elevators were out of service which made getting up to your floor or down to the ground floor a problem. Overall, a great place to stay.

Fantastic Vacation

This unit was even better than expected. Cozy, plenty of room, extremely clean and well stocked. The view from the balcony was absolutely stunning. The elevators at the property could be a bit slow at times but nothing one wouldn't expect from any large condominium. Follow the advice of staff regarding elevator tips and your stay will be even more pleasant. Staff were all friendly and welcoming. The unit owner was so easy to work with and quick to answer any questions. Would definitely stay here again!

Beautiful and Spacious Condo

This was a great beach front condo up in the Tidewater Resort. The most spacious condo I've ever stayed it with beautiful decorations. Everything was extremely clean and all of the furniture is so comfortable. Will definitely stay again!

This was the best stay ever!!!!!

Let me start my saying the check in process was extremely easy and the front desk supplied all the necessary information. The condo is really nice with stunning views!!! The amenities and the beach offer an exceptional time for fun in the sun and relaxation. I was amazed on how clean, neat, and fashionable my condo was, and the owners are absolute gems!!! I would definitely recommend and for the record, me and my family will be staying here again. Kudos to the owners for their part in an awesome, and great experience.

Wonderful Stay!

I had a fantastic stay (over a month) in room 1702! The condo was super clean, and decorated lovely, and the view is amazing. January was a very chilly month, so the hot tubs were very welcome. The outside pools were not heated, so did not get to use them. The theater was fun to watch the football games! I really enjoyed my stay here, and had great communication with Laisha!

Amazing

The owners and assistant were truly amazing! They made our stay even better than we imagined. They allowed us to check in early and offered us a discounted rate for extra days. The property was beautiful and clean. I couldn’t believe how big it was. The beautiful sunset from the balcony was amazing and on the cooler nights the sunset was just as beautiful from the warmth of the bedrooms panoramic windows. The outdoor pool was a little too cold for us to enjoy in February but hot tub felt so nice and my kids loved the indoor pool. It wasn’t until several days of being there that we found out there is a pool and hot tub on both sides of the building. The elevators do take a little longer during peak hours but it gave us time to take in more of the beauty of Panama City Beach. You can see Park Park from the balcony while waiting. We just love this city and cannot get enough of every part of it. The only thing I would add to this property is maybe a map and/or instructions inside the room telling you where the pools were and where the sauna was located. There are maps a few places in common areas but it would have been nice to have the info in the condo. The owners checked in with us to make sure all was well during our stay. Everything from the booking to checking in to adding an extra day and checking out was the easiest we’ve ever experienced! I can’t wait to stay at 1702 Tidewater again. I can’t think you enough for your hospitality and amazing place to stay. The Coopers

Beautiful View

The view of the water was beautiful, the water was very clear in the mornings. We saw a shark, stingray, sea turtle, and quit a few dolphins. My little ones loved being able to see the animals from the balcony!

This was just what I was looking for. I was a vendor at Jeep Jam and brought my family with me to enjoy the beach while I was working. This was a great place to come unwind on the beach after the show.

Nice space

The condo is a nice place for a family vacation. The beds were comfortable and the view was stellar! The owners let us in a day early to beat the storms, which was incredibly nice. The only hiccup was the closet doors were off track’s completely or partially, sinks backed up and drain plugs were missing. I was told maintenance would arrive, but that never happened. They also never called to check on stay and we were there for a month. The lack of communication and follow through is the reason for down grade, but it was still a great trip that a wonky closet couldn’t ruin.

Amazing Amazing Amazing

From beginning to end, this rental experience was the best I have ever had. Eliseo was super communicative the entire time making sure all was going well with our stay. He went above and beyond in every way. The condo was exceptional. Everything was clean and well cared for. The decor was perfect!! The view from the balcony and master bedroom left us speechless. From the bedroom you can see down the entire beach in both directions. The check in process was smooth and the resort has so many great amenities. We had heard of the elevator being an issue but it wasn’t for us. We followed Eliseo’s advice and avoided the elevators during high traffic times. The longest we waited was 10 minutes. From the ground floor we walked straight out to the beach easily. The pools were awesome. Our kids took advantage of those daily. To sum it up, we will be back!!!!

1702 tidewater was such a great place to stay! Plenty of room for my family and very clean!

My family and I loved this condo! It was perfect for our vacation! I would highly recommend, and definitely will be coming back! The owners are the absolute best and went above and beyond to make our stay one of the best! Can’t wait to book again!

Better than pics!

I have stayed in many condos on vacation. This condo is very large, extremely clean, The beds are unbelievably comfortable, the AC works great, it is an end condo which makes it great for privacy, it is close to the elevator and trash chute but not too close, and the high ceilings make it feel more like a home than an average condo. We also loved the decor. The owner even had pizza and drinks delivered for dinner one night. We would definitely stay here again.

Relaxing Condo

This property was very nice. Ww enjouoyed all the room that we had for 7 people. During our stay it was cloudy and raining 2 out of 4 days we were there. This condo was the most peaceful, serene, and relaxing during the 2 days that rained. Majority of the family sat in the living room enjoying each others company and relaxing in the comforable living room furniture. There are 2 amazing arm chairs in this condo that anyone would love to relax in and take a nap. My family enjoy there stay at this property and would enjoy to stay here again. This property was very spacious and plentiful. I am glad that I found this propery on VRBO. The only downside to our stay was not receiving an umbrella and beach chair with our rental. Despite this, we would definitely rent this clean and spacious condo again if available.
